Fangirl Readers are often times in the fan fiction category, but sometimes end up wandering into the fiction section. They tend to comment in all caps, and half the time in random characters. I'll admit to being a bit of a fangirl, minus the fandom part, and speak fluent fangirl as well.
Take a member of the One Direction fandom, for example, reading the following passage:
I walked through the park, in an attempt to clear my mind from the things I had just witnessed. Plopping down on a bench next to a pigeon, I sighed. I knew there was no getting out of this one.
"ERMYGURD ASDFGHJKL IT'S KEVIN THE PIGEON!!!!"
I find myself doing this often times while reading a book I really like, but always make sure to fangirl over characters or soundtrack of the book, as not to distract the readers too much from their train of thought.
