I finally arrive at the lair and get hounded by Mikey who grabs all the pizzas from my hand. He throws them on a table and gets 4 slices right away. "Okay." I said laughing after.
Three turtles come in shortly after and we eat talking about our day.
"Okay Leo, tell me who puck head is." Puck head is this nickname I gave the guy with the hockey mask. I think it suits him pretty well.
All the turtle look at each other. "Well." Leo starts. "We think he is some 'lone hero' guy. He actually saved Mikey from a purple dragon last week. But we still aren't sure if he's a friend or foe."
"But he just seemed like a normal teenage boy." I say.
"You look like a normal teenage girl, but look who you are talking to now, 4 mutant turtles" Raph says. "Yeah." I laugh. "I guess your right."
"So watch out for him." Leo adds. "Yeah we will be watching him more, we still don't know what he looks like without the mask on." Donny says.
"Well he seems like he is around my age, so maybe he goes to my school. I could check out the schools hockey team."
"Good idea." Donny says.
"Yeah dudette good idea." Mikey adds.
"Yeah because I recognized his friends. One of them is actually on the team. But they don't go to school much." I say.
"Hm. Well It doesn't hurt to look." Leo says.
"Right." I say and take another bite of my pizza.
We stop talking about puck head and finish eating. This guy seems interesting. But I rather not even see or speak to him again. He seems like a real jerk and immature. I mean who plays with a hockey puck in a grocery store. How old does he think he is, 9? I hate immature guys.
I walk to the couch to think. I just wish I've would have seen his face or known his name. He had longish black hair for a guy. And he was very muscular, he seems like he would be attractive... wait why am I thinking this!? I don't even know this guy and now I think he's attractive. I haven't even seen his face. Damn. I need to find out who he is and fast.
"Danielle!" Mikey screams causing me to jump to a standing position. "What!" I say slightly matching his tone. "We've been calling your name for like 5 minutes dudette." He says simply. "Oh.. my bad lost in thought I guess." I say. "Or thinking about that mysterious guy." Raph says laughing. I give him a look and throw an Xbox controller at him that was on the couch.
"Okay, well as much fun as this was I gotta get back to my apartment." I say still slightly in my daze.
"Do you want company?" Leo asks.
"Nah I'll be okay." I say.
"Alright bye Danielle."
"Bye Leo, bye guys." I say waving as I leave the sewer.
I climb out of the sewer drain and carefully put it back so I don't make too much noise. I walk out of the alley and start to walk for my house. After a minute or two of walking I hear footsteps behind me. I turn to see no one. 'Hm' I think to myself and start to walk again.
I hear running behind me and turn to see the guy with the hockey mask running straight towards me. I turn to run.
I can hear him getting closer to me. 'Damn he can run fast.' I think. I feel a grip pull on my shirt and he takes me into an alley putting a hand over my mouth. He pulls me behind a big trash bin. My eyes were wide in shock as he got closer to me. I was about to start to struggle but then I see 3 purple dragons pass the alley way.
"Damn I could have sworn she passed this area." One of them said. "Let's keep looking" another said.
I stay tense as he releases his grip of me.
"Um did you just save me?"
"Yeah I guess I did."
Silence.
"A thank you is in order I think." Puck head says.
"Right.. thanks I guess puck head." I say and laugh. He helps me up.
"Puckhead?" He says confused.
"Yeah well I don't know your name so when I saw you in the store I gave you that name." I say and laugh.
"Casey." He's says. Hm cute name I think.
"And yours sunshine?" He asks. "Don't call me that, and it's Danielle. But look I gotta go" I say walking out of the alley leaving him there.
I get into my apartment with no more interruptions, thankfully. I unlock the door to see the turtles. "Guys what are you doing here?" I ask confused. Mikey runs up to me.
"We saw you with puck head, did he hurt you!?" He asks quite loudly.
"No no nothing like that he actually saved me from some purple dragons. And his name is Casey actually."
"Wait you talked to him?" Donny asks.
"Breifly yeah. I only found out his name. I was to freaked out to stay any longer" I admit.
"Well a name helps." Donny says. "It makes it easier for you to find out who he is at school."
"Right." I say.
For once I actually want to go to school. Leo, Raph, Mikey and Donny leave after making sure I was okay. Even though I told them I was a few times.
"Well today was a long day. Tomorrow is Sunday and hopefully it would just be a quiet day full of relaxation." I say out loud. I laugh to myself knowing no day of my life will ever be quiet or relaxing with the turtles.
