Luke's pov
I went to Calum's house in which everybody was there. I walked in and slumped in the chair. "Urm look are you ok"ash asked. "Yeah,I'm perfectly fine"I said. April came and sat in my lap. After a while me and April went to my house while my family was out.
I sat on the couch and she sat next to me. "It's gonna be ok whatever Lacey did is gonna be fine"she said. "Not it's not,she was my best friend and I loved her"I said. "It's all ok cuz I'm here and I'll make it better"April said and kissed me. She always did this when I was down or really really happy.
There was a knock at the the door and I opened it. "Um Luke"Lacey said. "Lacey I really don't wanna talk to you" "Luke I just wanna talk this out"she said. I went and sat back down and ignored her.
Lacey's pov
"He said he doesn't want to speak to you"April said showing up in the door way. "I wasn't speaking to you"I said stepping in. She step in front of me and said "no". "Excuse me"I said. "Funny how I can get away with things whores like you need to stay away from Luke"she spit at me.
"It's was you"I said surprised. "Should have never messed with my boyfriend"she said. I grabbed the door knob and said "fuck you" and slammed the door shut. I ran to my spot where I always go and cry. Usually Luke would find me there and comfort me but I guess I can't do that now. I sat on the side of the river bank in my black skinny jeans and my "rock and roll" sweater and cried.
I sat there for a few minutes till someone said "are you ok"they said. I looked up, he was a boy a cute boy. His green eyes shined and he wore a gray beanie and had brown hair that went up. His black skinny jeans and his "kick me" hoodie made me smile. He sat down next to me.
"Are you ok" he asked. "No I'm not"I said. "What happened"he asked. I nodded my head no. "Come on"he said. I nodded no again. "Even tho we don't know each other you talk and I'll listen I'm promise you can trust me"he said flashing his green eyes in a worried way. I told him everything that happened and he said "well he doesn't know what he's missing cuz your beautiful and kind and sweet and that's all that matters".
I blushed and chuckled "thx I needed that... What's your name"I asked. "It's Joshua,Joshua Taylor"he said. "Well I'm Lacey, Lacey Wilson"I said. We talked and got to know each other for a while then I decided I needed to go. "It's getting late, I have to go but thanks for everything"I said. We exchanged numbers and I went to walk away he grabbed my hand and said "if you ever need anything just call. I'll always be here"he said and flashed a cute smile and walked away.

I walked home laughing about what just happened. He's cute tho. When I got home I hopped on the couch and pulled out my phone. I started texting him, making me smile and laugh.
Me:hey
Joshua:hi beautiful
Me:stop it I'm already smiling to much
Joshua:lol I'm guessing you feel better
Me:yeah a lot better
Joshua:that's great I make it better all the time
Me:I bet you do

We talked for about an hour until I got tired.
Me:hey I'm tired I'm gonna go to bed
Joshua:k goodnight beautiful
Me:goodnight joshy
I laid down on the couch and covered up with my blanket. I smiled then thought,your the one I was missing,then fell asleep.
