I woke up ready to go. "I'm ready to text him and see him and here his voice" I said to myself skipping out of my room. I have known Joshua for about a week now. I had a black hello kitty shirt on and dark blue skinny jeans and black vans. "Ugh this girly feeling"I said. No more skipping it's eww. I grabbed my phone and sat on my counter top.

Joshua:sup Lacey
Me:so me and my friends are going to the ice cream place on the square. You can come if you want.
Joshua:probs not I'm working with my dad today sorry but I would love to go
Me:oh ok well I guess I can have fun without you.😔
Joshua:don't make me feel that way. Sorry I can't go but I'll try but 99.9 percent I can't go

I sighed sadly at these messages. *knock,knock*. I ran to the door and opened it. "Hey"Macey and Alex said. "Hey"I said. "So we are going to creamy world right"I said. "Yeah"Alex Said. We got in as to what I saw is Alex's car. "So how's it been"Macey said. "Well you know about the Joshua guy I met. And he's helped me so good through Luke being a bitch"I said.

When we got to creamy world it was a little empty so we walked in and got our ice cream. "Ice cream is my dream"I started to sing. "Your are so
Fucking retarded"Alex stated. "I know"I said. We sat down and right when we did guess who walked his tall ass in here. "Ah hell nah"Macey said. "He can not show up everywhere I mean like for real"Alex said. "Dammit can he not just disappear"I said.
He looked over at me and gave a weak smile and I didn't return it. He just turned his head away and got his ice cream. They sat on the far other side of the room,that was a smart choice. "Just ignore that he's here"Alex said. After 5 minutes the door opened and there was a ding. I looked up and saw....Joshua. "Joshy" "Lace". We said,after I got up and ran to hugged him.
"Girls girls this is Joshua"I said. "Nice to meet you"Alex said. "Yeah we've heard a lot about you"Macey said. The girls spent the next 30 minutes asking Joshua questions. By now it was 6:00. "If it's ok I'll take Lacey home"Joshua said. "Yeah,sure"Macey and Alex said and winked. He took my hand and drove me to his house. "Why are we at your house"I asked. "Take this dress and go put it on inside". I walked into his house it was pretty big. Nice pale white walls. Some were blue. I eventually found a bathroom.
After Getting dressed I loved the dress it was black and lace. I walked out and got back in his car. He was wearing a white t-shirt and kakis(lol jake from State Farm kakis), and some high tops. "So where are we going" "somewhere special". I started thinking as to only on thing. I've known him for about a week now and I started to get worried.
After about a 30 minute drive we showed up there and I couldn't believe my eyes. "Jake I-this-I'm-it's beautiful"i stuttered. "Like you"he said. It's was twinkling lights every where and there sat a bridge where we could sit.
We sat down and for about two hours we talked and laugh and goofed around. "Let's play 20 questions"he said. "Okay what's ur fav color" "blue duh" "okay now it's my turn. Would you ever kiss a boy you just met about 2 weeks ago who really really likes you". I blushed and he said "I take that as a yes". Taking his chance and he kissed me. Of course I kissed back but it felt so magical. He pulled away "Lacey I like u...a lot and I..I wanna be more than..just....friends you know"he said.
So much was going through my mind. Yes I still loved Luke but he did me wrong. Joshua is so sweet I don't know if I wouldn't ever hurt him. He looked at me with a worried look and I kinda just spit it out. "Ok". He hugged me and I smiled but in my head I was freaking out.
I don't know how this is gonna work out.
