A familiar scent filled Jisoo's nostrils. She groaned when she felt like she was laying in a soft mattress.

"you're awake"

She heard a cold eerie voice from someone which made her completely opened her eyes.

Her eyes widen when she realized that she was in a room. Feeling of anxiousness immediately covered her body.

"w-where am I?!" her panicked voice echoed through the room. She was about to stand up when pain instantly hit her hand along with her feet. She then realized, her hands as well as her feet were cuffed in the bed.

"w-what the hell is happening?!" she screamed as she scanned the room panicking

"I'm glad you're awake. You know I like watching you sleep but it gets boring after awhile."

The same voice was heard from the corner of the room. It seems that the light was off as Jisoo couldn't see anything but darkness.

"who are you? why am I here?!" she shouted and started struggling trying to break free from the cuffs

"stop trying to break free baby, you'll just hurt yourself"

The person releases a chuckle.

Fear and confusion bottled up inside her as memories of the past were flooding her mind again. She isn't being abducted again, was she?

"s-stop hiding in the dark and show yourself" she tried to act strong but her shaking voice was betraying her

"as you wish"

Suddenly, she saw a beam of light at the corner of the room.

Jisoo gasped when she recognized the person she was talking to.

"y-you?"

"welcome home wife"

"mommy..."

"Jisoo..."

Her eyes snap open. She was covered with cold sweat. Her heart was pounding rapidly as she was slightly shivering. Her eyes then caught a familiar face resulting for her to stumbled on her chair.

"mommy!" a panicking Nabi help her out as she hugged her tight

Jisoo then realized she was pulled up to reality from the fictional world. She release a sigh of relief although her hands were still shaking. She then immediately fixed herself and kissed her daughter's hair.

"Sorry love, mommy slept too much" she said softly reassuring her daughter that there's nothing to worry about.

This is the second time her daughter have seen her dealing with nightmares. She had failed to hide her traumatic experience of the past for the second time.

Unknown to her was the person responsible for her suffering staring at them with her look of confusion and sympathy.

Jennie was puzzled about what she just witnessed. It seems that Jisoo was dealing with something horrible from all the anxiety and fear she have seen from her. Why was having all of that? She was curious to know so she could help her. Jisoo doesn't deserve to experience such a thing, that was she thought.

"I'll protect you. You don't have to be afraid" Jennie whispers as her eyes were still fixed to the mother and daughter.
