New Start (Sequel of Obsession)

Who would have thought that Lisa would see a familiar face in the busy airport of Incheon. It's been years since she saw the girl and she could see how much she had grown more stunning than she was back in the days.

She wasn't supposed to be focusing on the woman's physical appearance on this dramatic meeting so she mentally slapped herself and processed everything that's happening.

So Jisoo was here. The woman her friend was obsessed with. The same woman who suffered a lot of horrible things in the past. Here she is now with a little girl.

The two girls were hugging each other and both are crying. They're too busy to notice her presence but when the little girl who she learned was named Nabi look at her direction, she immediately walked towards them. And that is when Jisoo recognized her.

"Lisa?" Jisoo muttered out very shock.

"Unnie" Lisa said now standing infront of them.

Jisoo was beyond confused and scared at the same time. She wasn't doing well these past few days because of her worst nightmare whom she thought was dead showed up in her face completely alive and become her daughter's friend. And now, another person from the past was in front of her right now. It's like she was going through her memory lane and she have to deal with everything she thought she completely forgot.

"you know her mommy?" Nabi asked staring at her

"I.. she's.. she's an old friend" Jisoo struggled to talk.

"she was nice mommy" Nabi said and smiled at the woman standing in front of them

"Did you thank her already?" Jisoo asked and carried the little girl in her arms.

"Thank you unnie" Nabi said while keeping her smile

"No worries kid" Lisa replied and smiled back

"We'll go now. We have to catch our flight. Thank you for taking care of my daughter" Jisoo said and hurriedly walk away but Lisa was quick to stop her by grabbing her wrist

"wait unnie, one question."

Jisoo stopped in her track without facing the brunette. She felt extremely nervous. She knows where this is going

"that kid, is that--" Lisa wasn't able to finish her sentence when Jisoo quickly interrupted her

"no! no Lisa" Jisoo snapped. Lisa was taken  a back by the sudden burst out, tho she already expected her reaction but it seems like the latter was beyond terrified of whatever her mouth would blubber about.

"Right. I'm sorry" Lisa apologized and make a few step back.

"Now if you excuse us, we really need to go" Jisoo said seriously

"Y-yes of course. Nice seeing you again and have a safe flight" Lisa bids goodbye

"bye unnie!" Nabi cutely waved her hand which earned a chuckle from the brunette

"Bye kid!" Lisa waved back

Jisoo and her daughter already received their boarding passes as they make their way to the immigration and metal detector for their luggages. The doctor wasn't in her right state of mind as she was occupied with the dramatic encounter a while ago. She never expected she would meet another ghost from the past. It's making her wonder why they have to show up so suddenly after all these years. She's trying very hard to move on and these happenings wasn't helping her at all.
