Half a month has passed since the accident and the news that scared the world.
The company released a statement saying that Yoongi had gotten into a car accident but did not give further details. Their boss had given them two months to take a break and recuperate, giving Yoongi time to help settle his mind and find his lost memories. The doctor said this could probably just be partial amnesia, and his memories could come back in a couple of weeks or many months.
Bangtan is currently under some tension, depending on whether or not Yoongi remembers or eventually forgets everything forever.
"What do we do if he doesn't remember?" Taehyung asks with fear in his trembling voice. "What if he really forgets about us and everything in his life forever? Will he still be a part of the group then? What will the fans think?"
Sejin puts his phone back in his pocket after getting a call from their boss, releasing a sigh and placing a hand on the younger's shoulder.
"Let's not think about that right now, okay?" Their manager tells Taehyung, but it was intended for all members. His eyes glanced quickly to the unconscious seventh on his bed. "What we should worry about is how we can help Yoongi get his memories back without forcing them on him and focus on taking care of him. Yeah? You with me?"
Sejin decided it would be best if he did not make any promises he could not keep, especially when the situation is too fragile that anything can happen at this point. Yoongi may remember his memories next week or maybe a year from now. Yoongi may remember only a couple of pieces of the memories he has lost, or he might not remember anything at all.
The most important thing they should focus on right now is being positive to not raise panic in the group, the company, and the fans.
"Yeah," Namjoon replies with a look on his face that shows authority and comfort towards his members. "We'll be okay."
To ensure that the fans would not freak out, the group decided to take one selfie on their final day at the hospital as they came to pick up their member to take him home. Hoseok posted the picture on his Instagram with the caption: "Hyung is coming home <3."
"Are you ready, Yoongi?" Seokjin gently calls to the said man standing next to the window and looking out. The windows are open, so the fresh air is pouring into the room.
Bangtan decided that they should be the ones helping Yoongi clean up his room, the same place that he had woken up from the day he had forgotten his memories. It was here when he found out so many things about himself that he could not even believe all of them because they sounded ridiculous and nothing like him.
The three youngest in the group were the ones who visited him that day since the others had the stuff to finish and worry about. Jimin was the only one constantly reminding the two youngest that they should be careful with their Hyung and give him space. After all, they are still strangers to Yoongi, who have no idea who they are to his life.
