If no one was willing to tell him the truth, then it is only up to him to pick up the pieces and look for clues. He needs to investigate and trust his remaining memories of the past and figure out what the others are hiding from him.
"Are you sure you'll be alright alone?" Jimin asks for the tenth time. "You know you can always come with us for practice so we can help you relearn some of the dance steps."
The older shakes his head in response. Only giving Jimin a small smile and a pat on the younger's shoulder for assurance. "I'll be fine. You don't have to worry about me too much. I'm a grown man, and I can take care of myself. You sound like Jin Hyung too much with all these questions I'm getting."
Seokjin, who was standing right behind the two men busy putting on his shoes, stopped to raise his brow. Before the oldest could even say anything about what his member said, their leader spoke, to which everyone's attention turned to him.
"Hyung is right, Jimin," Namjoon smiles with his dimples popping for everyone to see as he pats down his jacket and tightens his scarf. "Yoongi Hyung will call us if he ever needs us. We cannot force him to practice with us if he really does not want to."
Jimin merely nods as he keeps his eyes on his Hyung and bites his bottom lip as if trying not to tear up at the thought of leaving their Yoongi Hyung alone at home with no company. These past few months of always having their member as the center of attention have become a routine that even just the thought of leaving him alone would worry Jimin.
"We'll get you some takeout when we get home," Jungkook promises with his bunny teeth flashing as he smiles, wrapping his arms around his Yoongi Hyung to hug him goodbye. "We'll get you your favorite."
"Sounds good," He smiles earnestly to his members. "Have fun, and don't overwork yourselves."
Hoseok smiles as he puts on his beanie on his head, "You too, Hyung. We don't want you fainting when we're not at home."
And that leaves one. He waits for a number of seconds, listening and waiting for any noise to interrupt the silence that he was left with. He is now all alone in Bangtan's dorm and has the freedom to do anything that he wishes.
Turning around with an emotionless look on his face, his eyes immediately found the empty table that he first saw the moment he entered the place he now calls home after being discharged from the hospital after his accident.
His first memory returned to him when he saw that empty wooden table. Something about that furniture was drawing him in as if something was missing. After some digging these past couple of days, he remembers Taehyung letting his tongue slip about something that used to be on top of the said table. Hearing this from the younger, he was immediately intrigued and had urged Taehyung to continue.
Apparently, the answer lies in Kim Seokjin's bedroom.
"Come on, Hyung," He whispers to himself. The oldest's bedroom is somewhat the same size as his, so he has less area to cover and will most likely find what he is looking for before the others come back home from practice. "I know you're hiding it here somewhere."
