Birthday boy/Date Chpt 22 part1

Ignore that this is almost 5 days after Colbys birthday🧔‍♀️, I had no motivation to write (still don't just forcing myself<3)

I walk downstairs to be met by Sam.

Y/n: hello Sam!

I gave a welcoming hello to him.

He nodded a hello.

Sam: we need you to distract Colby all day today, okay? 

Sam whispered to me quite loudly but not loud enough for sleeping colby to hear. I gave Sam a happy excited shocked expression which he added back on with a smile. 

Sam: yes yes of course!

I squealed knowing I get to spend time with Colby today.

Sam: okay good, while he's out, me, devyn, kat, and a lot of other people are setting up a birthday party for him while he's out.

I clapped on top of my frequent quick nods.

Y/n: what time do we need to get out?

I stopped moving and questioned Sam. Sam pulled out his phone checking the time than throwing it into his pocket again.

Sam: hm, atleast maybe.. 3 pm? Or before that!

He said, I nodded knowing how quick they can get this done, I checked my phone to know the time, it's only 11am. We had 4 hours and sam and kat will be shopping in that time...

2 hours later 

Sams POV

I hit up kat on my phone..

Yep! Im putting my shoes on rn :))

I smiled at her lovey doves texts, I put my phone away telling myself she's perfect. Colbys party is going to be sick.

At kats

I arrived to kats house and honked once, I see her running out as soon as I put my hand on the wheel to honk again. She had her purse and looked beautiful, she bent down smiling at me through the window as she started opening it. 

Kat: hi babe!

She yelped as she jumped in and buckled up. I gave a chuckle.

Sam: hello beautiful.
