Get ready Chpt20

Ahem, Happy birthday Colby! I'll write a birthday chapter for him tmr after school!

I wake up to hear Colby snoring ever so slightly, I turn my body towards the wall to face him. Colby was a heavy sleeper. I wasn't aware so I poked him atleast three times. 

Y/n: colbyyyy wake up!

I whined pushing him back and forth. I let out a groan, I wrapped my arm around him hugging him tight. I told myself to wait. 

Few minutes later

I feel a hand snake around my waist and a humming groaning sound. I giggled after finding out who it was.

Y/n: you're finally awake!

I smile looking into blue lapis eyes, his eyes flutter slowly open. He groans with a tired tone,

Colby: good- morning.

He chokes on his words, he sits up and the blanket slides down his body onto his lap. I stretched before getting up. I yawn and finally get my body awake. I lay my head on Colbys shoulder, doing it with him last night felt as if we were dating now so I acted like it to. Colby cracks his back and pulls the cover off him revealing my legs along with it, my body fell to the side since he got up. He chuckled at me.

Colby: I'm hungry, want something?

Colby turns to me, I raise my body and put my feet on the ground. I pull myself up to stand next to Colby.

Y/n: I'll make food!

I said as if I were a master cook, I barely knew how to make much but eggs and bacon.

He gives me a nod and moved aside for me to pass, I took it and ran through the door and downstairs. Colby slowly followed behind me. I ran to the kitchen and Colby sat on the chair at the counter. I pulled out supplies to cook with, Colby gets up opening the fridge grabbing eggs and bacon. He set it down on the counter and went back to sitting. 

He didn't bother pulling out his phone, instead he just stared at me cooking. I placed this onto that and that onto this cooking it.

Jake walks down the stairs to see me and Colby. I look at jake, and Colby had no shirt on and I looked fu.cked up. Jake looked to me then Colby then back to me, he smirked.

Jake: you guys are kinda loud!

He chuckled and walked over grabbing a cup and filling it with water. I looked down at what I was cooking, I was flustered and embarrassed. I didn't say anything, Colby laughed. 

Then Sam came down, sams room is right next to Colbys and jakes is on the other side of Colbys also. I didn't give Sam a look knowing he probably heard us also.

Sam: sooo.. You guys had fun last night huh?

He said sitting next to Colby, he patted Colby on the back. I heard Sam whisper "congrats bro" with a loud chuckle. 

I finished the food and put it onto a plate turning to look at Colby and give it to him. I only made some for me and him, I started eating the bacon bite by bite. Colby also started to stuff his mouth with eggs, he gave a satisfied hum. I smiled knowing he enjoyed it, it wasn't the worst. 

Jake: so, y/n...

Jake started, I snapped my neck looking at him giving him a piercing stare. He shut up quick. Colby gave a snort, he finished his food and got up putting it in the sink. He cleaned it and I turned around doing the same as I just finished my last piece of bacon.

Sam: so you guys want to film something today for my channel?

I shrugged. I also shook my head 'no' right after. I really wanted to go on the date with Colby today. I rested my elbows on the counter plopping my head on top of my hands. Colby stood next to me, he wasn't so close but close enough I felt his body heat.

Colby: I'm kinda tired still but sure why not, when?

Colby mumbled, I felt sad inside knowing I won't be dealing with him today. Sam smiled and hummed "yes" to himself happily. 

Y/n: yeah I'm still tired also, I think I'm going to sleep longer.

I said and scooted away from everyone to the stairs.

Jake: I wonder why you're tired! WINK WINK!!

Jake yelled at me as I walked up stairs.

Y/n: shut up jake!

I roll my eyes and close my door behind me, I plop myself onto my bed. I scoot my body up and cover myself with the sheet. I quickly feel asleep, I was so tired.

I wake up to my door open, I rub my eyes with two fingers. I look around my room to see Colby sitting in my chair in the corner. I jumped.

Y/n: holy fu.ck! Colby you scared me!!

I snapped, he laughed.

Colby: sorry sorry sorry, you've just been sleeping for a long time.

He replied, which made me question how long I've been asleep for. 

Y/n: hm, how long?

I voiced. He stretched his body before answering.

Colby: five hours. 

I was shocked, I must have been very tired then, I groaned. I threw my head back onto my pillow behind me. I thought for a second maybe today was a good day for a date and to ask him, right now was the time.

Y/n: hey Colby..

Colby: yes y/n?

I sighed.

Y/n: do you maybe want to, go on a date today? I've been planning this so..

I didn't look his way I just stared at the ceiling. 

Colby: oh? Yes! Of course I'd like to. Where?

I giggled at his curiosity.

Y/n: you'll see!

I smiled, I got up and ran to him. I picked his hand up and he got up after it. I pushed him out.

Y/n: go get ready!

I tilted my head with a smile. He rolled his eyes and nodded with his big smile planted across one cheek to the other. I closed the door on his face and his walking traveled into silence and a door closing.

(Sorry for a basic outfit on the next paragraph 😕 it's just clothes I wear irl)

I ran to my closet and picked out a outfit. A cyan-ish shirt and black baggy jeans. I didn't feel like much of dressing up today. I threw on socks and my air forces. I put on necklaces, rings, bracelets and earrings. I followed up putting on my ankle bracelet at the end. I sat down on my bed and texted Colby.

                                                                                            We will leave in about 10 minutes, okayyy?

Okay well I'm getting ready already so.

I left colby on seen, I smiled finally knowing that I get to go on a date with him.

10 minutes later (also next few paragraphs ur just gonna get my dream car🤌)

10 minutes pass and I walk out of my room shutting my phone off, I slid it into my pocket. I run downstairs to see Colby on the couch. 

Y/n: let's go!

I snapped and ran outside to my car, I opened the door for Colby on the passenger side and he got in, I walk to mine. I had a nice Mclaren Senna, it was a light blue and black. It took me forever to save up since it's expensive. I type in the route for Tender greens and put it into the phone holder thing I had next to the wheel. I started to drive...
