Tabitha's perspective
I thought being back meant I was gonna go straight back to working but my girls were handling business on their own, the only good thing is with all the money coming in from my endorsements and the money I made working in Biarritz I was able to hire a few more girls, so I didn't even need to be in my office and loft like that, it was felt relieving honestly, I was finally running a business behind closed doors like I wanted to.
I was at the loft because I wanted to make sure that the new girls were settling well,
Tabitha..- simone we're running low on fountains and we need about 5 for this weeks bookimg
Simone..- I'm literally ordering the inventory now
Tabitha..- perfect
I went into the ladies office space and Dina was in there looking through her scheduled calendr on her laptop,
Tabitha..- what's this week saying
She shook her head whilst writing in her diary
Dina..- we're too busy this week, like im talking four to five events at a time,
Tabitha..- you'll be fine since the work is easily spread
..
Tabitha..- I know it's early but I wanted to introduce a commission system, since the bookings are increasing,
Dina..- now that I like the sound of that tell me more,
Tabitha..- everyone will be entitled to 2% on any bookings that cost four grand plus
..
Tabitha..- that's the standard rate, so you need to tell the girls that if they want to see that commission, they need to push for the golden package to whoever is enquiring

Tabitha..- and that will be paid on-top of your salary
..
Tabitha..- BUT that is only for my top-achieving event coordinators, if you know you're slacking forget about a percentage
Dina..- I can't relate, I'm the star of the winning team
Tabitha..- I know that's right and never wrong,
Just as I said that one of the new girls Yasmin had popped her head over my door,
Yasmin..- hey Tab, you have someone waiting in the lobby to see you
Tabitha..- I wasn't expecting anyone, did they say a name?
Yasmin..- nope, just some white lady,

Fast forward
I ended up making my way to the lobby and from a far I could spot Anna, she was predictable, in her shades, wearing a tweed two piece and her best Chanel kitten heels, I didn't get to tell Kross about how it made me feel being monitored by her but he was about to hear from me because there's no way she was about to start marching up in my place of work, especially without her scheduling it with me first.
I got to her with my arms folded and she got up and smiled precisely with her red lips,
Tabitha..- I just want to know what your aim is here
Anna..- that's not how you greet a client
Tabitha..- don't gaslight me .. ever since I got with Kross and it was made known to you
