I can't believe how fast the months have went bye, I only have three weeks to my due date. Witch my doctor I switched to when I moved back home told me the twins could come anytime now. I look around my kitchen the construction company got my house done two weeks ago. My cabinets are painted a pale gray, the counter top is granite with gray and black, white with a bit of gold in it. The floor looks like the rustic hardwood floor, But was that snap together floor. It looks beautiful. My dining room table is made out of curly maple it's gorgeous, the chairs to I had to have it custom made and shipped in. Roman and Jasper even came over a couple of times and helped. Of course when I did come look at the process they were making they had already left for the day. I just wish they would have called me back. I really wanted them to know and be there when Hadley and Holland, are born I decided to name my baby girls after our moms. Moms middle name is grace and Lauren's is to. Caroline's is Olivia so Hadley's middle name is going to be Grace and Holland's is going to be Olivia. They are so excited and so is dad, Antonio and Marshall have been out buying baby clothes and stuffed animals. It's so cute to watch them, all of them came over to put together the cribs and just watching them was the funniest thing I have seen in a long time. The plan to have dinner and get a DNA sample from the guys, didn't work out they got a job out of town in New York and couldn't come home, they would be gone 12 months a whole year,They are going to a college there it's keeping them busy. so everyone was coming to my house for dinner this Sunday. I was sitting in my kitchen thinking about what to make, I could make Romans grandma's homemade spaghetti and meatballs everyone loves it. She taught Tess and I to make homemade noodles and sauce it's so good. Looking in my pantry I don't see some of the stuff I will need. So I make a list on the chalkboard next to the refrigerator. Some people have a white board, but I wanted a chalkboard instead.I love my house I had it designed so I would have plenty of room, I have a family room and living room an office, a full bath room and a guest room, my kitchen and dining room, Laundry room and I had a room for my gym. Upstairs is another full bath room. My room, with a huge bath room my shower could hold five people easy, I wanted a claw foot tub. So I can have a nice bubble bath. I have a make up table with lights and a mirror so I can see to put my make up on, Tess told me you need good lighting for that. I keep all of my make up in it. So I have more room in the drawers in medicine cabinet.Then I have the twins room and four guest rooms. In my room I have a door that's connected to the babies room so I can just open the door between my room and theirs. But I had my room made sound proof.Tess was happy to help test it out, she had me go into the baby's room and shut the door and screamed as loud as she could to see if I could hear her. which I didn't so that was a good thing, I wouldn't have to worry about anyone hearing whenever I have sex. Not that I ever will, I probably won't ever find anyone. I am having a little pity party for my self. I go upstairs and into the baby's room, I know everyone else calls it a nursery. I just like calling it the baby's room. Everything is ready, I have a lot of clothes and toys mom and dad got me a really nice rocking chair. Changing table's, I already have the car seats in my GMC Yukon. I sold my jeep to a girl that works for my aunt lily. She is still in high school and worked her butt off to save money. I didn't need it anymore, so I went and got a mom tank, that's what Tess calls it. I rolled my eyes at her when she said it, and now I am calling it that. My phone vibrates it's Julia, wanting to know if I can help her in math. I text her back and say yes to come over, it's only 6:30 in the evening. She texts back and says she will be here in ten minutes. Julia she was adopted when Jasper was five years old. Lauren was in the same foster home as Julia's mom. When Lauren left for college she tried to keep in touch with her friend. They said she ran away, so Lauren didn't hear from her until Jasper was five years old. She got her self in trouble and couldn't keep Julia anymore, she brought her to Lauren and Marshall begging them to adopt her. So they agreed to adopt her, she singed her rights over, gave her a kiss and left. A couple of years later, Lauren heard from the lady that ran the foster home. She lived in since she was fifteen years old. Told her that Julia's real mom died in an accident. When Julia was old enough to understand, they told her she was adopted, they didn't want her to find out later and hate them for keeping it a secret. She was fine with it, Lauren and Marshall were the only parents she ever knew anyway. I hear the door bell ring and I shake my head. So lost in my thoughts I didn't even grab the bag I packed with the outfits for the girls to wear home. That's why I came up here, so I can put it in my Yukon. I hurry and grab it off the changing table, I text Julia and tell her to come in, I can see it's her on my phone and unlock the door from my phone to. I really like that part of my alarm system. I can hear her taking her shoes off, she comes around the corner of the family room."hey" she says and gives me a hug."hey" I say "Are you hungry? I ask her. "I am always hungry" she says, I laugh at her but she is right. I don't how she can eat so much and stay so small. Of course she is on the swimming team at school, she was on the dance team but the woman who was in charge quit so she decided to go out for the swimming team and she is really good at it. "well I have to go get some groceries for dinner on Sunday. How about we get Chinese on the way back home and then do your math? I ask her "sounds good to me" she says, I grab my purse and keys, I already have my phone. I walk by my laundry room and gym to the door at the end of the little hallway. The door leads to my garage. It's a three door garage at the time my house was being built. I had my jeep and the mustang my grandma gave me. So I wanted plenty of room. I knew I would get a bigger vehicle, I put the bag I packed for the twins, in the trunk and got in. Julia was already in the passenger seat, finding a song to listen to. I am so glad that we like the same music. We talk about school and how everything is going. She said it's going great except for some guy on the swim team," he really sets me off I want to punch him in the face"Julia says,"well I don't know what to tell you, I was a nerd and only had Tess and you. The only boys who picked on me were your brother, Roman and Coleman" I say, Julia just looks at me for a minute." I can't believe Jasper offered to come talk to Carson about being a jerk to me. When he was mean to you" she says "well I wouldn't say he was mean it was just little things like taking my pencils, it was mostly Roman and Coleman. He just didn't say anything to them about it" I say "well that's almost the same thing if he didn't say anything to stop them" she says,I nod my head yeah."so did you beat his time yet? I ask, She had mentioned she wanted to beat some guy's time.she told me last week that he was three minutes ahead of her, and she was going beat him,She laughs "yes I did you should have seen his face,he thinks no one will try to beat him because he is the captain, please I could beat him every time. If he would just race me" she says."isn't he a senior this year like you? I ask, " yeah I don't know what I ever did to him to make him act like a dick to me, we got along fine last year" she says, Julia's going to be seventeen in a few weeks, and let's just say even though she is smaller, it doesn't hide her curves she is getting. I think she might be as tall as I am now, come to think about it. I know she is. Okay so maybe she isn't so small anymore. I have been so wrapped up in my own problems. I didn't notice how much she has grown since I have been gone."he probably feels threatened by you, because he knows how good you are" I say, she just shakes her head "I doubt that,he is so cocky,just the way he smirks at me in practice I really want to punch him" she says "is he one of those guys that thinks he can get whatever he wants? I ask, she laughs "oh yeah definitely, you should see him with the girls, they fall all over him. It makes me sick at least his best friend Jace isn't a jerk all the time" she says "don't you have a swim meet tomorrow? I ask, "actually I was going to ask if you wanted to come? It's not really a meet against, another school it's just the girls team, swimming against the boys team. The coach thinks it's good practice, he let's parents and family come to them" she says, "I would love to come watch you, smoke that asshole" I say, " hell yeah I am" she says and turns up the song, best friend bye sweetie Doja Cat. Comes on and we don't talk anymore, we just sing along with the song. We make it back home and eat dinner, we get Julia's math done and she goes home, it only takes her five minutes to get home, as long as the weather is good we walk to each other's houses. But this is Colorado so we can get a lot of snow, we don't live in higher mountains. We live about twenty minutes from the little town. It's called Harrison Valley, After some guy who founded the town. Dad and his friends were from, North Carolina, they decided to start from scratch in a new state, so dad close his eyes and put his finger on the map. So that's how they got here and started their business. We do have a beach house we all go to in the summer in North Carolina, and stay for two weeks. And then in the fall for a week. Mom and her friends were from here. That's another reason dad wouldn't leave or any other of his friends. Because they found the love of their life's. Well dad and Evan fell in love with mom, It's so sad he died so young didn't get to spend his life with her and his friends. My grandpa left mom, his and Nanna's cabin in the mountains we always spend the week after Christmas at the cabin. Bring in the new year. I look at my phone to see the time, it's 10:00 pm. I am going to get in bed and hopefully I don't dream about the guys.
