Chapter 18

So today it is the 9th of January and i need to go out birthday present shopping for both decs and masons birthday. I really have left masons birthday last minute as it is only tomorrow. So i have asked Phil to come with me and help with the shopping as I didn't want all the stress put on me. I'm all ready to go waiting for Phil to come and pick me up as he insisted that he was driving for me to relax before the chaos starts. Luckily enough mason and Declan have training but Phil is off with a minor injury which he outdid be due back to training and matches in the next few weeks. After about 20 minutes of waiting i hear a knock on the door. I get up off the sofa waddling, as i started to waddle with how big the bump is getting, i open the door to see Phil holding Ronnie in one of his arms.
"Hey kylie I'm so so sorry that i am late i had to sort Ronnie out and everything" he said catching his breath.
"Honestly Phil it's okay it must be hard when you have kids I'm all good to go anyway" i answered
I turned all of the lights off and locked my house up and walked to Phil car and got in.
When he started driving, he put some music on. To be fair he has some good taste in music.
"So what do you want to do first do you wanna get food or do shopping first?" He asked looking in my direction.
"Let's do the shopping first because i know for a fact that after the shopping i will be so god damn hungry bearing in mind i am eating for 2 now" i laughed.
"Haha okay how is the pregnancy going for you anyway" h asked
"You know what Phil i feel amazing except a few mornings where i have morning sickness but other than that its going amazing but i really do wish the baby will hurry up and come i just wanna meet my bubba already."
"Honestly kylie i get that feeling when becs was pregnant with Ronnie, i was so excited I actually asked her if she could try and give birth before her due date but obviously didn't work like that but i had to wait an extra 2 weeks as becs was overdue but honestly parenthood changed my life for the better and you and dec will be amazing but just remember if you need help or tips give me and becs a shout because we will always be here for you both no matter what" Phil smiled and at this point i had tears in my eyes.
"Well thank you for bringing tears into my eyes, but honestly Phil that means a lot to us that you are here for us" i smiled.
"It's okay kylie honestly, we are here no anyways so get rid of those tears because today is a happy day"
I wiped my tears and i got out the car as soon as Phil parked up. I got Ronnie out of the car for Phil and he put his arms out for me to pick him up. I picked him up but to be fair he wasn't even that heavy i was expecting him to be heavier than that.
"Kylie are you going to be okay holding Ronnie i can take him if you want me to" Phil said looking concerned.
"Honestly Phil its okay i gotta get used to these duties anyway plus he's not even that heavy" i replied.
As soon as we stepped foot in to the shopping centre, I couldn't help but go into JD sports to look at baby clothes. Me and dec wont know the gender till the end of the month but i am still going to buy the baby some trainers. I picked up some mini air forces, vans, Jordan's and converse as they were just too cute to leave there. I went to the till and the bill came to £250 which I didn't mind to be honest. Me and Phil then went into primark as I wanted to get a few baby bits as I just couldn't wait I'm so excited to be a mum.
"So kylie you excited to be a mum then" Phil asked.
"Yeah both me and dec are so excited but scared at the same time"
"Don't be scared honestly parenthood is the best thing ever." He smiled.
"You and becs would have to give me and dec some tips cause I think we would need some" I laughed.
Me and Phil finished getting a few bits and i managed to get presents for dec and mase and we make our way to Nando's because that is what the baby wants. We just arrived at Nando's and me and Phil both ordered medium butterfly chicken, peri salted chips garlic bread and halloumi. Ronnie had plain butterfly chicken off the kids menu. After 10 minutes, our food arrived and Ronnie wanted me to feed him and so i did and Phil took a picture of me feeding Ronnie and he posted it on his instagram story. After we had finished eating, we decided to head home so i can sort out the presents for the boys. Mason has decided to stay at mine and decs house tonight as he doesn't want to be on his own for his birthday. So i need to hurry up wrapping masons presents. Ive been on the phone to a cake company and they have sorted me a birthday cake for me to pick up later on today which would be before mason arrives. I love planning things like this for the people i love most. Ive gotten mase something from bubba which is so cute. It's a Louis Vuitton bracelet that says 'I love you already uncle masey' which is just adorable. Ive also ordered to have balloons delivered like a balloon arch and 22 balloons as i have decided to decorate the house as a surprise for mason. After about half an hour the boys come home from training. I pulled dec into the kitchen.
"Baby i need you to take mason out until everything arrives like the cake and the balloons they're due to arrive in 2 hours time"
"Okay babe I'll just take him to Nando's or something"
After about an hour, dec has gone out with mason and i am just waiting for the balloons to arrive. Whilst i wait for the balloons and the cake, i finish wrapping everyone's birthday presents to be fair i have bought a fair few which i know they will complain about it. Ive just finished wrapping and there is a knock at the door and its the person with all of the balloons. I asked them to put them in the spare room so mason couldn't see them which i had helped them with.

10th January
So today is masons birthday and I've not long woken up with dec to sort out all of masons presents balloons and the cake. We have decided to blow up more balloons and tied string to them so they dangle from the ceiling. When me and dec had finished everything, we heard footsteps coming towards us.
"Happy birthday!" Me and dec shouted which made mason jump a little bit.
"Aww thanks guys you didn't have to do this" he replied whilst giving us both a hug
"We did because you deserve it bro"
Mase then walked over to the table which had the presents on. Me and dec decided to get mason 22 presents as he turns 22. He reached for the present that is from the baby and he opened it.
"Aww my god this is the cutest thing ever, i love you uncle masey" as he read out hat was on the bracelet he was tearing up. Mason came up to me and crouched down to my bump and kissed it "thank you so much little one uncle Massey loves you to" and once mason had said that the baby had kicked for the very first time.
"Babe come here quick pass us your hand"
"OMG the baby kicked when i said uncle masey"
"Oh my god baby that's amazing"
"I know we find out the gender next week"
Mason had opened all of his other presents but dec had handed mason an envelope.
"Now we both know that you have always wanted this so we both decided to get this for you" dec said handing mason the envelope and coming behind me wrapping his arms around me with his hands on the bump.
Mason opens the envelope and his eyes light up.
"We're going to the Maldives?!" Mason asked excitedly.
"Yeah mase we are going to the Maldives both ours and decs families are going to be there since its a joint celebration along with the England boys"
"Oh my god i love you guys so much when are we going?"
"We are going next week the day after the gender scan so we will also be having our gender reveal in the Maldives"
"OMG this is the best birthday ever" mase shouted
For the rest of the day we just chilled for a bit and watched a few movies since it's what mason wanted to do.
