Once we arrive at the Dauntless compound I immediately start looking around for the man I have only seen in the pictures. The pictures my mom sits and cries with. I don't see him, I am not leaving until I do see him. He has to be here. My thoughts are stopped right there when some guy yells, " Tris?! Is that you?! Chrissy is that you? Wait Tris come here now!" My mom is not here what is he talking about? Chris grabs my arm and drags me over to the guy. I don't know who the heck he is! Why do I have to meet more people?! I am only here to meet the man who ruined my moms life and to get him to come back and explain that he did not do anything wrong! I don't like meeting new people. If you can't tell. I don't even know if I am ready to meet my own dad, let lone some person who thinks I am my mom! Like have you not seen my eyes, I am not my mom. I just give up and follow Cris to the loud dude who is still yelling at me to move my mom's butt over to him. Once I am right next to him, I get up on my toes and say, " Look into my eyes and tell me who my dad is." He does not look at me but he says," Look Tris, I don't know who your dad is but I don't care you need to go and find Four. He has been miserable since you left him. I know you won't believe me when I tell you that he did not cheat on you, but what if I told you that the initiate had a knife in him and she had seen you. She obviously liked him and wanted him to herself so she took him." I wait for him to look down. But holy crap he talks fast! I look up and see him staring right at me. Well, right into my eyes. He looks at me directly in my eyes while he says," I don't know if your Aunt has told you yet but I am your Uncle Uriah. I know somebody who would like to see you, Bea isn't it?" I nod and say," Yes, you better pray that you are bringing me to my dad because I have been introduced to way more people than I was comfortable with today, and I am done unless it is him. In that case I have a few words I would like to say to him." He looks up at Cris and says," she is so much like her mom. Hard headed. Good job Tris!" I laugh and start walking behind Uriah and Chris. I walk with Uncle Will who has not been acknowledged yet. He bends down to me and says," your dad will be a wreck. He misses your mom a lot! He also does not know about you. I know you remember the story, your mom never told him. And made us promise not to tell him. She never said you could not tell him. If at anytime you want to tell him who you are, do it. I love you Bea and so will he once he gets to know you. Go meet your dad sweet Bea." I run up to catch up with Uriah and Chris. They have stopped at a room filled with knives and guns of all sorts. There is also another half of the room which has mats and punching bags. Definitely Dauntless. At one of the punching bags there is a guy, he is about six three or so and very muscular. I hear the door slam behind me when I walk in. Oops. The guy turns around and I know he is my dad, he has my eyes. He seems to think I am my mom also, he runs this way telling her name. Seriously what the heck is it with every freaking person thinking I am my mom. It's not like we are eighteen years apart or anything. plus my eyes look exactly like his. Wow dude, ever look in the mirror? Once he is right next to me he looks at me or more my eyes. He is smarter than I thought. "Tris, is that you?" I take it back everyone, I take it back."No smart one, I am her kid. and guess what, I am your kid too!" He looks at me gaping. I laugh a little and stop when I hear the door slam, it scares the heck out of me. I turn around to be face to face with the one and only, Tris Prior.
