He gets jealous of your book

You had just started the book The Fault In Our Stars earlier in the day and couldn't put it down. You heard Luke coming in from a long day at the studio.
"Hey I'm home." Luke called out
"Ok" and you continued on reading.

Luke entered the living room and coming to where you were. He kissed you on the cheek and leaned over your shoulder.
"What you reading?" He asked
You showed him the cover and continued on. He nodded his head and then asked
"How many more chapters do you like?"
"I'm just on chapter 11"
"Oh. Well (y/n) I was hoping we could go watch some movies upstairs."
"Not tonight babe." you said not even looking up from your book."I really want to finish my book."
Luke rolled his eyes and got up from the couch and walked up stairs. A few minutes later Luke called
"Baby could you at least come up stairs and read?"
You guessed he was never going to let you just read in silence. So you walked up stairs still reading and walked into the bedroom to see a shirtless Luke just in his boxers and a scary movie on. You crawled into bed paying him no mind then back to reading.

He looked at you in disappointment as you didn't take the bait.
He then started kissing your cheek then the corner of your mouth and the down your neck. You didn't react but you knew you weren't going to be reading much longer because he was getting jealous you were paying the book more attention than him.
He quickly kissed your lips and grabbed the book out of your hand.
You didn't break the kiss but tried reaching for the book. He broke the kiss.
"Not so fast (y/n). Can't you just spend time with me instead of reading?" He spoke upset and angry at the same time
"Is Lukey jealous of a book?" You questioned with a smirk on your face
"Maybe a little. I don't think I have ever had to compete with a book." You laughed and kissed him again.
"I guess I can quit for tonight" you said smiling at Luke. He then started the movie and you cuddled into him close. You loved when he was jealous. You would just read the rest tomorrow while Luke is gone.
