"So, should we make this interesting?"

A shiver racks up my spine, my knees growing weak. His eyes still have that animalistic gleam. I can feel my legs getting ready to run. Glinting in his hands, Habit gently twirls a wicked looking knife. There's a moment of still and quiet, broken by Habit saying two words.
"Run Rabbit."
I take off at a sprint, fear twisting my guts into a knot. I can hear him walking leisurely on the upper floor. I run through the main level, checking doors as I go. Some have been unlocked. Mainly closets, bathrooms and what looked like a bedroom. I decided to slam a closet door but quietly go into the bedroom and hid under the bed.

I can hear him slowly making his way down the stairs now. I'm hoping he fell for the slammed door thing... it would be no fun to be caught this early. I can hear him come to the intersection of the hallway, one way the kitchen and basement, the other is where the doors are. I hear him come down the hallway towards the doors, I'm thinking he will into the bathroom first, probably systematically checking the rooms. The bedroom where I am is the farthest away at this point.

I hear a door open, one of the farther ones. My breath is very shaky, I'm trying to keep it quiet as possible, while my gut tells me to run away again, twisting and turning. The knot gets tighter. Even though I am filled with pure fear and adrenaline, I can't help but love every second of this. It almost feels like he knows what I was thinking. I'm waiting in silence, listening for movement. I can hear very slow, soft footsteps in the bathroom. I can hear Habit softly humming something, but it's to quiet to identify yet.

I hear the bathroom door close, I know he will slowly get closer. My breath catches when I see a shadow right outside of the bedroom door. I put a hand over my mouth, I need to stay silent. He stands there for a bit, I can tell he's listening. My eyes stay locked on the shadow. Eventually they step away from the door. I hear another door open a second later.

I let out a slow, controlled breath. I just know Habit knows exactly where I am, he is just toying with me. That almost makes it worse, because I know when he finally gets in this room he's going to make it drawn out and dramatic. I can hear him humming again. I hear the door close, and the shadow reappears. My hand claps harder over my mouth, the door opens very slowly. I can see him step in, humming. I can now recognize the song, it's "Run Rabbit Run" it's almost ironic. Habit stands in the middle of the room, my eyes locked on his boots.

I watch as he steps towards the closet in this room, he slowly opens the folding door. He stands there, then closes the door. He comes over to the bed and sits on it. I know for a fact he knows I'm here. He seems to lean forward, letting the edge of the knife peek at me from underneath. As I'm seeing it, it looks razor sharp, and very well taken care of. I involuntarily let out a tiny, almost silent moan. The knife taps the ground immediately after. My eyes go wide, Habit stands up and turns to the bed. I scramble backwards, fear gripping me tighter than before. I see him drop, eyes finding mine instantly.

He sings, the last line menacingly, "So Run Rabbit run rabbit run run run..." I let out a squeak, unable to fully scream. He curls his finger at me, a wicked smile on his face. I crawl out, panting from the fear. As soon as I'm mostly out from under the bed, he grabs the back of my shirt, hauling me up and holding the knife to my throat. I gasp and a single tear trails down my face. He kisses it, backing me against the wall. He replaces the knife with his hand, moving the blade to my waist, hooking it under my shirt. He carefully pulls up and effortlessly cuts my shirt open.

I gasp, the cold air hitting my nipples. Habit snickers at me, enjoying my reactions. He puts the knife in it's sheath on his belt. I whimper, but he simply shushes me. "I need both hands for this Rabbit, don't worry it will be back." He says as he pushes off my open shirt. My back arches, the cool air of this room making me shiver. Habit snickers again and grabs my by the hair, making me moan. "Here or upstairs, Rabbit. Make your choice. I'm sure he's awake now." Habit commands. I blush at the thought of Vin hearing us again, this seems to encourage Habit.
