Chapter 4 ~Dinner and dancing~

Madeleine POV:
A bell rang, which ment everyone had to go to the dining room.
'Espresso?' I whispered trying to wake him up.
'Espresso.'
'ESPRESSO!'
Jeez how does he sleep like that?
'ESPRESSO COOKIE!' I now yelled.
'Huh..?' He said while opening 1 eye.
'..what is it..?'
'We have dinner!' 'Come on!'
'Yeah yeah.. Just 5 more minutes...'
He sounded like a child.
I just stood there staring at him until he got up.
'Can you stop staring at me?'
'Not until you get up.'
'Fine then.' He said finnaly standing up.
I picked him up again.
'What do you think your doing? I already have enough energy to walk on my own!'
'Yeah but theres no fun in that is there?'
'I swear to Pure Vanilla- I'm gonna kick your ass to the moon.'
'If your gonna kick my ass, kick it to the sun.' I said.

~at the dining room~

Espresso cookie POV:
I took a seat next to Latte and another cookie.
Prinncess cookie tapped her glass with her spoon.
'Before we start dinner, I would like to make an announcement.' She said, although shes a young-teenager (like almost everyone here) She sounded professional.
'You guys are all invited to my party after dinner at 9pm!' She said.
Some cookies started clapping.
'Now about the ball, I will be making the opening dance.' She looked at another cookie.
'Knight? Do you care to join me in that dance?' She said, it didn't sound like a question though.
'Y-yes! Of course Prinncess!' He said back.
'Okay, so knight and I will do the opening dance, followed by the other royale staff.'
'Now have a nice dinner!' She said.
Everyone was getting food on their plate and was pouring drinks in their cup.
'Something else then the food I make right?' Latte said giggling.
'Yeah, this is tastier.' I said teasing her.
'How dare you!' She said making a dramatic handmove.
'But it's true.' She said laughing after.
While she was laughing I continued eating.
'Hey! Want some juice?' The cookie next to me said.
'Oh, no thank you, I don't drink alcohol at dinner, or almost ever.'
'Oh come on handsomeeee just 1 cup~'
'No thank you.' I said.
'Espresso, you have a someone who's staring at you.' Latte said.
'What who?' I asked.
'The commander~' She giggled.
'Just take a picture, it will last longer.' I said to Madeleine, not sure if he could hear me though.
'Hey didn't he carry you here?' She asked.
'No.' I lied.

~After dinner~

Latte forced me to come with her.
'Im not letting my baby brother go to a party looking like this piece of sh!t!'
'Okay first of al, I don't look that bad in a T-shirt, and second, don't call me your baby brother! I'm older!'
'Yeah whatever crybaby.' She said smirking.
'Here wear this.' She threw a bag of clothes to me.
'When did you get this?!' I asked.
'Weren't you in town this evening?' She asked.
No I was sleeping in the commander's room.
'No, I was practicing some Coffee Magic.' I said, hey I wasn't lying.
'Your a nerd you know that.'
'Yeah yeah.' I said

~after changing~
'I have to say.. you have good fashion taste Latte!' I said while looking in a mirror.
She got me a suit with a black cape (basically what he wears in the game)
'And how do I look?' She asked
She was wearing a white and brown skirt, a small cape and a big witch hat. (Also what she wears in the game)
'It suits you.' I said.
'Now let's go to that party!' She said
