Jin raised his right hand, a single card in between his index and middle fingers.

"Here it comes—his grade 3 unit," Kanade muttered, focused on Jin and how his next turn will play out.

"His grade 3... Man, do I even know any Gold Paladin grade 3s?" Tsuki panicked after making out Kanade's words from the sidelines. "Let's see... there's—never mind. Alfred's a Royal Paladin..."

"No need to wonder," Jin interjected, "I'll show you myself! Now then... It's time to break free from your limits with the help of your allies! I ride! The Great Silver Wolf, Garmore!"

Jin's spirit donned the golden armor of his avatar and gave Tsuki a stern look. Tsuki moved back slightly, wary of what Jin will do next.

"For being a silver wolf, he does love to wear gold," Kiyoko remarked, staring at the card on Jin's vanguard circle.

"K-Kiyoko! Why would you say something like that?" Tsuki turned to his sister and asked before turning back to Jin to see his reaction.

"What? It's true," Kiyoko replied.

"Haha, you're right," Jin said, turning to Kiyoko and shrugging off the comment. "Although, he does still belong to the Gold Paladins."

Kiyoko crossed her arms and proceeded to turn her gaze from Jin to the board.

"Now then," Jin continued, "Garmore allows me to get an Imaginary Gift:Accel, which gives me an additional rear-guard circle!" He explained, placing the gift marker in front of Lop Ear Shooter. "In addition, I use his skill! When Garmore becomes my vanguard, I pay a Counter-blast to look at the top 3 cards of my deck. I superior call Battlefield Storm, Sagramore and send the other two cards to the bottom of the deck. In addition, six of my units get +3000 power--which would be all of them in this case!"

Sagramore got down on one knee and bowed his head. "Allow me to aid your cause, my vanguard," he said before standing back up. "Now come forth, o chosen unit! Come and lend your support to our vanguard!" In response to Sagramore's call, a bright light strikes down upon the space in front of Lop Ear Shooter, and Holy Mage, Indulf sprouts forth.

"Another unit? But... how?" Tsuki panicked.

"Well you see," Jin started, "When Sagramore is called to the field, I can soul-blast 1 card in order to draw a card, and then call a card from my hand. I think Indulf's high power makes him a good candidate to be placed on the Accel Circle, so that is where he shall stay and get a +10000 power boost!"

There's the momentum from Jin I've been waiting for, Kanade thought, finding herself impressed at how he's improving his play despite still being a fairly new player.

"Now then, let's get this show on the road!" Jin initiated his first attack. "Sagramore will take the first swing at your vanguard!" (15000 —> 9000)

"I'll Intercept with Tsukuyomi, and activate my Quick Shield Ticket—my vanguard gains +5000 power for this battle!" Tsuki responded in kind. (15000 —> 19000)

"I see how it is," Jin remarked. "Well then, I think I'll attack next!" he exclaimed, moving his vanguard into the [Rest] position. (15000 —> 9000)

Well I don't want to use up too many cards too quickly, Tsuki began to think. Plus, I need to be able to block Indulf's attack too... "No... No guard," he hesitated, grasping his hand cards a little tighter.

"In that case, I'll start my twin drive." Jin revealed the top card of his deck. "Ha, it's the Knight of Blue Skies, Shanak—a critical trigger! I'll give the power to Indulf while my vanguard goes critical! Now my second check... Halo Shield, Mark—a draw trigger! The power will go to Lop Ear Shooter and I draw an additional card." (32000 / 2 critical —> 9000)
