VisionXD walked down the staircase on the southside of the Enderdale Palace. There was only one thought on his mind, as usual. Like the tradition of every ender god that was to ever exist in the universe, the power of realm travelling is bestowed upon every young god on the day of their 19th birthday. Without a doubt, every father would feel proud and excited for his son reaching the power of a true end guardian, every father but Vision.

Since the boy was born, Vision always knew that DreamXD was something else. He wasn't like a proper immortal individual, Vision would describe. In fact, he was more mortal than god-like. He was a reckless child, always breaking rules whenever he wanted to and crossing over the lines even when he knew not to. But despite all the webs of troubles he got himself caught in, he always managed to slip out of them in a blink of an eye. How reckless DreamXD was and still is, worries Vision when he thought about the end guardian power.

With a frown hanging from his face, furrowed eyebrows and an expressionless pair of lips, it was definitely obvious that he was in a serious mood and not about to say something lightly. He paced slowly on the cold endstone ground. As he turned his head, right outside the palace porch was his son, sitting under a tree in the sanctuary built as a replica of a forest in the overworld, made by Vision to feed the dirty blonde's endless curiosity.

Vision glided slowly towards his son who was still unaware of his presence. DreamXD was focused deeply in the book he "found"...or stole in the Enderdalian Library. He was sitting cross legged with half of his upper body hidden beneath the viridian cape he always loved wearing. The boy had grown up, his freckles turned darker, his face and jawline had become more refined, his lips a dark shade of apricot. His eyes glowed dimly under the dark violet sky, bright halos around the top of his forehead, shining a weak gold on his face and lips. His fingertips grazed the edge of the cape hood whenever he moved his hand through his wavy hair.

"Where did you find this?!" Vision scowled as he snatched the book away from DreamXD's palms slightly making him jump from the sudden move, eyes gone wide from his father's tone.

DreamXD stood up as quick as lightning, lunging his arms towards the book, trying to claim back the book. He would be absolutely dead if is father saw the title of the book he was reading-

"Ah, ah ah. I know you don't like reading the books I assigned you with, so what could you be reading..." he slowly trailed off as he turned his head to read the book title. His face stiffened and his eyes bulged.

"Dad, i know you don't approve when i read this kind of stuff but just hear m-" DreamXD attempted to calm his father as soon as he saw the expression on the ender god's face.

" 'Prisoner Lover'???? What mockery of a book is this?" Vision was undeniably mad, yet DreamXD seemed like he didn't really care..since his dad saw the title, he really couldn't come up with any excuses.

"I'd expect you to know what books are in YOUR OWN library." DreamXD scoffed with a strong attitude, talking back to his dad as he tried to sidetrack the topic.

"Don't try to turn this topic around, son. Now explain why you are reading love stories again?" Vision scolded him, emphasizing on the word "again".

It wasn't the first time DreamXD's father had caught him reading a book that he wasn't supposed to, there has been plenty of encounters when Vision found his son reading love stories about young adults who were best friends that slowly fell in love with each other...and sometimes the book ending in which the two characters has involved themselves in some unspeakable activities...but those activities stay unaddressed when Vision finds out about it.

"Do I need to explain? After all the times you've found me reading these books I'd assume by now that you would give up on stopping me from even touching these binded papers of words." DreamXD argued back, he didn't like where the conversation was heading but he obviously couldn't just ignore his own father.

Vision looked down at him in silence, emotionless expression on his face. DreamXD couldn't tell if his father had listened to what he said at all. Perhaps he might be considering letting the rules looser for a bit? Perhaps he was still unamused from his son's ongoing habit?

"Okay, listen. It's a good book, it has a good plot and it is just overall interesting to read. You see- there were 2 boys- well young adults actually, they started to terraform an empty world together and decided to drag along some friends. But eventually things started to tear apart as they added more people, the more troubles and clans were created. Eventually after the final war, one of the main characters, who everyone in the book thought was the hero- turned out to be the misunderstood antagonist, and was permanently locked inside a prison. The other boy was so devastated and in shock that he decided to sleep for unimaginably long hours, just to ignore the pain of the real world and keep living in his head, in the reality that his lover wasn't locked away."

DreamXD rambled quickly as he tried to convince his dad the book he was reading wasn't as bad as a coldhearted end god would think. Unfortunately for him, his dad was a coldhearted end god.

"...but when the prisoner escaped with the help of-"

"Quiet, son."

"But dad-"

"What you're telling me is nothing short of nonsense. I expect you to immediately drop the book and stop reading this kind of bullcrap." DreamXD scoffed, unamused to his father's attitude. But of course, it was no surprise that once again, his dad disapproved of his choices.

After all,

He is 'The most infamous end god of them all' and he surely lives up to the title.
