After the defeat of Dr. Robotnik for about 6 months and being adopted by Bunnymund in the Warren, Sonic's enjoying his days with the father "Carrot Lord" who he looks up to. What if during the morning where Sonic has been trying to sleep, kept waking up with a headache, aching body parts, and also a sore throat? Would Bunnymund (Sonic's father figure since they're both talking animals with personalities) help out his adopted Son through the 5 fever days, even though the blue spiked boy's trying to feel better?
