Eight. Neighbor?

Naruto's Pov
Ding dong, I here the doorbell ring. I'm walking to the door to open. Damn you Sasuke. Couldn't you wait for tomorrow?

Sasuke: "Hey Dobe."

Naruto: "What do you want?"

"I need help with homework."

"What homework?"

Sasuke: "..."

Naruto: "...?"

"You're an IDIOT"

"...what homework?"

"The one about identity"

He starts walking in. He sat at my couch, it has a lot of dust but I think he didn't notice.

Sasuke: "About who you were, are, and want to be."

"oooh yeah, um I haven't done it either."

He looks at me as if I was dumb or something. He knows me already, I'm not a homework person and he chose me for help? You're the dumb one not me.

Sasuke: "I did the who I was already but I don't know what to do for who I am and i I want to be."

"Want soda?"

I get two soda cans out of the fridge and throw one at Sasuke.

Sasuke: "Uh thanks, but Hey! Pay attention to me."

"Look, for who you are, you can just use simple words. For example I could say 'I am Naruto Uzumaki, I love color orange and ramen. As simple as that."

"I don't think that's the point of this."

"Maybe not but it's still part of me."

I walk to the couch and sit next him. It is very dusty.

"I'll leave that one for last. I'm more concerned about who I want to be."

"What do you want to study?"

"I'm not sure"

"How do you plan to live in the future?"

"You're not helping. The point is to know who to be as a person."

"Like personality?"

"Yeah and goals."

"That's the same thing."

"Um kind of."

"You have any personal goals?"

"I want to find my brother."

"Itachi right? Was he kicked out of the house?"

"Well, my parents didn't accept his choices and he decided to leave. It's been years now."

I didn't know what to say it was getting awkward. Am I suppose to say something supporting?

Sasuke: "That's another thing, I don't want to disappoint my parents or be any failure to them."

"Maybe try thinking about yourself not of what other's think. Imagine the world doesn't exist and you can do whatever."

"Oh" *Starts writing*

Finally he's quiet. I just want to go to sleep. Hurry up and finish or I might cry.

Kakashi's Pov
I finally finished unpacking. I can enjoy my book now. But now that I'm in a new apartment should I visit the neighbors?

"Mmm Fine"

I stand up and grab some muffins from the store. I start making my way to next door and ring the bell.

"Coming!"

I hear a lot of talking inside. Oh great, hope they ain't to noisy. I see how the door slowly opens. I smirk to the sight of the person infront of me.

Kakashi: "Oh, Hi little guy."

"What are you doing here? And stop calling me that! I'm not even short."

"I just came to say hi to my neighbor. I didn't think he did be this cute."

"Neighbor?"

"I just moved in a few days ago and I brought you muffins. They aren't home made but still good."

"Thank you. Um..."

"May I come in?"

"Uuuuh actually you might help."

"Help?"

He grabs my wrist and pulling me in. I see the uchiha kid inside sitting in his couch. What is he doing here?

Sasuke: "What is he doing here?"

Kakashi: "I could ask you the same thing."

Naruto: "It doesn't matter. Kakashi, could you help him with the homework I'm really tired and you know better on this."

Seriously? I'm the new neighbor, this is my welcome? I better get something back.

Kakashi: "Fine."
