"Are you sure this is the address?" Luke asked me as we got out of the car. We had just parked on front of a house where horrible music was coming out. There were many people on front of the house, some making out, some throwing up, some were only lying on the ground giggling.
As soon as I got off the phone with Lana, who meanwhile had told me the party's address, we drove until we arrived here.
"Yeah, I mean, that's what Lana told me" I said getting in the house. As I got in, I smelled many kind of odors which weren't my favorites.
"Jeez, this place smells like someone puked in it a thousand times" Luke said voicing my thoughts.
"True, let's just find Lana and Mark and get out of here" I said walking in the living room.
"Chloe!" I heard someone calling me, I turned around and saw a desperate Lana running to me.
"Lana, what the hell is going on?" I asked her as soon as she got to me.
"You have to come, they aren't stopping, and Ana is only laughing, I tried to make her stop them, but she just sent me away" Lana explained me as she dragged me behind her, until we arrived in the garden.
As I walked in the garden, I saw a crowd forming around two people, as I walked nearer I realized that I knew one of the two people fighting.
"Mark what the fuck are you doing?" I shouted as I run in the middle of the crowd.
"Chloe go away, it's getting bad and you don't wanna be in the middle of this" He said as he was about to swing another punch at the other guy, but I stopped his wrist, and pushed him away.
"Stop you have to stop, don't you see they did it on purpose,whatever he did or said, he did it to get this reaction out of you, Mark you are more mature, snap out of it" I screamed in his face, and as I finished the sentence, I saw a glimpse of realization in his eyes.
He relaxed, and I let go of his wrist. "I'm sorry" He said.
"You don't have to ask me sorry" I said smiling at him.
"Oh come on, Chloe, did you have to come and ruin everything like always?" I heard a voice talking from behind me, I turned around and saw the evil in person.
"Ana, if you wanna do this shit, do it with other people, not with my friends" I said, glaring at her.
"But why? They are my friends too, otherwise why would have I invited them?" She asked me smirking at me. I looked around and saw that everyone were looking at us, I locked eyes with Luke and I understood what he wanted to say.
Let's go, she isn't worth it.
I looked back at her and shook my head. "Let's go guys, there is nothing for us here anymore" I said, and started going out, with Luke, Lana and Mark behind me.
"Oh come on Chloe, the party isn't over" Ana called as we were almost at the door.
I turned around, looked her straight in her eyes and said "Yes but is for us".
As we got out, I saw that Mark couldn't walk so well. "Are you okay?" I asked him.
"Yeah, just my head hurting" He said.
"You look weak, I'm taking you home" Luke said.
"No, I can't go home, my parents are going to kill me" Mark said.
"Then we'll go to my house" Luke said and started walking putting an arm around Mark to help him walk. "Are you girls coming too?" He asked turning around.
I looked at Lana and she looked at me "yes we are" Lana said, and we started walking to the car. As we I got in the passenger sit of the car, a question popped up in my head.
"Mark, what did that guy say to make you snap?" I asked turning around to look at him.
"Nothing" Mark said avoiding my eyes.
I looked at Lana for some answers but she shrugged telling me she had no idea either.
"Yeah, sure so you suddenly became Hulk and wanted to destroy whoever was in your way starting from that guy?" I asked sarcastically.
"He called me a faggot, and started to rub himself on me." Mark said snapping.
"Mark, you know that's not true, they are idiots 'cause they can't see that being attracted to guys, is just like being attracted to girls, they are stupids, you don't have to listen to them" Lana said smiling at Mark. He smiled and hugged her.
"Thanks girls" Mark said smiling at us.
"Am I a girl too?" Luke said laughing.
"No, thank you too Luke" Mark said.
"No problem, friends of Chloe are my friends too" Luke said looking at me and then proceeding to drive.
When we arrived at Luke's house, I realized that he didn't live that far from my house, a 15 minutes walk, nothing more.
"Hey you don't live that far away" I said to Luke as we got out of the car, I went next to Mark and helped him get to the house, as Luke opened the door, I realized that all lights were off.
"Luke, are your parents home?" I asked.
As I asked, I saw that Luke froze, I looked at Lana and Mark but they didn't realized it since Lana was helping Mark get to the sofa.
"No they aren't" He said, but didn't go further. "So, there is a guest room with two beds upstairs" He said to Lana and Mark "and if you are okay with it you can sleep in my room, but don't worry I can totally sleep on the couch in my room" He said looking at me nervously.
"Yes it's totally okay with her, right Chloe?" Lana answered for me.
"Yeah, right" I said smiling at Luke.
"Okay, so we'll go to our room" Lana said he
Ping Mark up.
"Wait, we have to help Mark, I think a blue circle is forming around the eye" I said walking upstairs with them, and Luke following behind.
"Nono, it's fine, Lana can help me, right Lana?" Mark asked Lana.
"Totally, you go with Luke, we'll be fine, goodnight to both of you" Lana said pulling Mark with her, in the guest room.
"There is a bathroom right down the hall" Luke said to them.
"Sure okay thanks" Mark said closing the door.
"If Mark wasn't gay, I would have thought they wanted to be alone" I said getting in Luke's room.
"Maybe they wanted us to be alone" Luke said closing the door.
"You sounded like a creep." I said laughing and sitting on the bed.
"Maybe I am" He said jumping on the bed making it move.
I laughed and looked at him "I had fun today" I said.
"Me too" He said smiling at me.
"But there is a problem" I said trying to be serious.
"And that is?" Luke asked me.
"I don't have a pygiama" I said dropping true serious act.
"Well, I can lend you one of my T-Shirts and some shorts, if you are okay with it" Luke said looking a bit nervous.
"Uh, yeah sure" I said turning around making sure my hair were on front of my face so that he couldn't see my red cheeks.
"Okay, so wait here" He said as he got up for. The bed and started walking to his wardrobe.
"Don't worry they are clean" He said smiling at me as he got out an old red T-shirt and some boy shorts.
"Thanks" I said. "But now where can I change?" I asked.
"That door" He said pointing to a door that I didn't see until now "Is the bathroom, you can use that".
"Thanks" I said again and went in the bathroom. I closed the door behind me and changed into the 'pygiama'. I looked myself in the mirror and chuckled.
I look like a homeless person
I stepped out in Luke's room just to see him putting on a T-shirt.
"Sorry, I'll come in when you are done uhh, changing" I rambled and started going back in the bathroom.
"No don't worry, I'm done" He said.
"Uuh, hm okay" I said.
"So, you can take the bed and I'll take the couch" He said pointing to a couch next to the window.
"Okay" I said laying down on the bed.
"Should you call your mother?" Luke asked me.
"Shit, yeah I should, I said taking out the phone.
"Cool, I'll go to take some blankets" He said standing up walking out the door.
"Okay" I said ringing my mom.
"Chloe, where the hell are you?" My mom answered the phone.
"Mom, there have been some..problems, and in the end Lana, Mark and I came to Luke's house and are thinking to sleep over here, is it okay with you?" I asked.
"I'm not so fond of you sleeping at a guy's house, but I'm sure something really important came up so yes you can, but you have to come back tomorrow morning, okay?" My mom asked.
"Yes, thanks you are the best, I love you say hi to everyone" I said smiling, even though she couldn't see me.
"Okay bye" She said and hung up the phone.
"So judging by your smile, I guess she said yes?" I jumped at the voice and turned around, Luke was behind me with some blankets in his hands already changed in his pygiama.
"Yeah, she did" I said laying down under the bed's blankets.
"Well, that's great, now let's try to sleep" He said laying down on the couch covering himself with the blankets.
I tossed and turned all the night but I couldn't sleep, I looked at the time and saw that it was 3 o'clock a.m
Damn it, why the hell won't you sleep,stupid?!
"Chloe, are you awake?" I heard Luke asking.
"Yes, sorry if I woke you up." I said sheepishly.
"That's okay" He said sitting up and looking at me "so, what's keeping you awake?".
I looked at him, debating if I should tell him or not.
"You see, when I was fourteen, I went to a sport camp with some people from my school. I was sleeping in a room with four girls that were my classmates. Before the trip I was really close to some of them. In this week that we were in this camp, they treated me bad, called me with every name possible, while they were sleeping in their bedroom laughing all together I was sleeping in the kitchen, crying my eyes out each night, hoping that they wouldn't just put a pillow over my face and kill me in my sleep. Just to make you understand how bad they were, one of them the first day charged her phone on my bed, and for the next two days she couldn't find it. One day I was alone in the room sleeping, this girl came in and found her phone on the bed. For the next days they called me a thief, saying that I was the one who took the phone, but that wasn't true, why would I ever take her phone?" At this point I was crying, and Luke had sat up and was next to me hugging me trying to calm me down "I was each day at the phone with my mother and Lana talking about it. One day my mother couldn't take it anymore and she called my teachers, but they didn't do anything, they said that they would do something, but they didn't, one of them actually told the bitches that my mother called. The teachers were fucking defending them, saying that it was normal that they behaved like this since they knew each other more. I felt week, I didn't have anyone, I was alone against all of them, and I felt so weak, I just wanted to leave, what have I ever done to them? It was the worst week ever, and the next year I changed school and came in Australia."
"Chloe, I..I don't know what to say" Luke said hugging me even more,
"Nobody knows about this, just Lana, Mark and my family, I...after that I couldn't sleep at someone's house anymore, only Lana's and Mark's and my family's, nobody else's. This is the first time in three years that I'm sleeping at someone else's house, maybe this is why I can't sleep" I said looking at him.
"Chloe, don't you dare say that you are weak" Luke said taking my face in his hands so that I looked right into his eyes "You...you are the most amazing person in the world, and you are the strongest girl that I have ever seen, and I couldn't have been luckier, I am the luckiest guy because I met you" Luke said with all his seriousness in his eyes.
"Thank you" I said hugging him closer.
"Don't even mention it." We stayed like this hugging each other close, we fell asleep next to each other, not thinking about anything else, and for the first time after three years, I didn't feel weak, because I had the most amazing guy next to me caring about me, and I couldn't ask for more.

So... It's been a while. Look I'm sorry, I really am but as you understood I am not good at keeping promises. I had this chapter ready from a few days but I never had the time to post it. I was "dead" for all this time because I had to go to a family trip and then recover all my homework, then I had to go to a school trip, then recover all my homework and now that my school life is a settled, I had time to update. I'm an horrible person and writer, I know. Anyway I hope you can close an eye.. actually both of them.
