Leigh lay in bed next to Simon and looked to him and smiled as she placed a hand on her bump. Simon looked to Leigh and smiled
"are you oaky" Simon asked as Leigh smiled "I guess so I am just thinking over s and having the baby and how scared I am and I think over Tom and how it was a future we talked over and never had you know" Leigh said as Simon smiled, she saw the look on his face and sighed
"sorry I know you don't want to hear over him"
"no he is part of your life he always will be I just don't want to feel second best" Simon said as Leigh rolled over to face him and smiled as she leant in and kissed him
"I know how things are but I swear you are not second best, I love Tom but you are the love of my life I will always love Tom and when there's big deals like having a baby and things with Mia I am always going to remember him" Leigh said as Simon placed a hand on her cheek and smiled
"I know but I swear I am going no where and I know it's my baby but Mia is still going to be a big sister" Simon said as Leigh smiled she knew that the Mia situation was awkward but she loved how much they had taken to each other

Leigh got to work and stood in the staffroom. She smiled as Aimee walked in and looked to her and smiled
"are you okay" Leigh asked as Aimee sighed
"max bloody tyelr, I have enough of being told how to be a mother by a man who isn't a parent to a child that isn't his. He's going off it as mia hates him and I can't force her to like him. She is old enough to make her own decisions of who she likes and all because she likes Simon and not him" Aimee said as Leigh smiled
"I'm sorry I know you like him"
"no I use to like him and now ugh...I can't take it anymore I really can't. Mia is my world and I won't do anything that upsets her and clearly that is max part of me can see why she doesn't like him when he goes on like this" Aimee said as Leigh looked to her and smiled
"I don't see why he has an issue with me and Simon it's not like we are turning him against her, he is doing that himself" Leigh said as Aimee smiled
"can you have her tonight I need to sort out this or end it, I haven't decided yet" Aimee said as Leigh looked to her and smiled
"of course"

Leigh sat in the flat with Mia as she sat playing. Leigh looked to the little girl and smiled
"are you okay" Leigh asked as Mia sighed
"you leave me when you have baby max say you will" Mia said as Leigh rolled her eyes at the mention of him. Leigh placed a hand on her cheek and smiled
"I promise you I am going no where this baby is your sister blood related or not and max can't cut me out I'm your other mummy" Leigh said as Mia smiled.
Leigh knew she'd do anything for Mia and she didn't care how far she had to go max Tyler wasn't going to cut her out.
She had lost her dad and Leigh had been in her life since she was born and Leigh knew she was going no where
