Nightmare (Katsuki Bakugou)

Chapter Eleven

Dory's Pov
I think what I was more amazed about was how quickly time went by in 1A. We all were doing so much hero work left and right as well as doing little things together. I was always either training or doing my homework, and Katsuki was always getting into some kind of trouble with Midoriya. Everyone soon was just going at their own pace. Me and Katsuki didn't quite have a lot of time with one another, I was trying to avoid dying before we even hit our third year of U.A.

Like usually I had gotten done with my own training sitting on the steps in front of the school, bouncing my knee up continuously finishing up my homework quickly the best I could. Still it was quite early in the morning and someone always had to almost give me a heart attack I jolted staring my round cheeks at the figure who had stumbled right in front of me.

His eyes glared at everything the blonde hair framing his face. Yet it was like he was just angry to be angry snapping his head towards me his cheeks a deep red color.

"What are you looking at! I tripped so what." I shut my book with a heavy thud, holding it towards my chest for a moment.

"Yeah I saw you trip, so what? It's like normal to fall. You're a human." He blinked once and twice and it didn't even hit me that it was Monoma who had almost fallen in front of me.

"I- you are one of those damn 1A brats aren't you?" I snickered deeply sighing making room for him to sit down besides me on the steps, hearing him grunt as he did so.

"Is that really how the whole school sees 1A spoiled brats? I can't really blame you guys." He had to do a double take as he stared at me.

"What are you-" I didn't let him finish glancing at him from the side flashing him a soft smile as I kept talking.

"1A has all these high expectations now ever since the villain attack, I don't think a lot of the students understand that a lot of us almost died. Being said that was many months ago." I paused for a moment, looking away letting my head follow the direction of the wind.

"Then there was the festival, and summer camp with you guys where you guys also got to experience life or death." Monoma for the first time I heard him shutting his damn mouth listening to me closely.

"I have to admit you have a worse temper then Katsuki and that's coming from his girlfriend." I said through my laughter shaking my head at the looking horror on his face his blue eyes sending me a small glare.

"Excuse you! Don't ever compare me to your hothead excuse of a boyfriend! Think  he is better than everyone my quirk is better than his!" I found myself laughing even more casually, keeping my eyes hearing him going on the longest rant to man kind.

"Mind showing me? During the festival I was so out of it." He once again shut up, his entire face growing red for a moment, a small scoff leaving his lips, his eyes facing his shoes for a moment before I watched him looked at me focused touching my arm for a moment before a grin formed on his face quickly.

"Water huh? That's an interesting one I haven't seen many water quirks in a while." I watched him remove his hand forming a large water bubble into his palm playing with it like it was a normal ball, I grinned setting my book to the side forming my own to show him.

"What did you say your name was?" I let a fake offended gasp out, acting like I was gonna shoot the ball of water at him with amusement hearing him slightly shriek out, shooting me yet another fast glare before I answered.

"I didn't tell you my name, it's Dory. and you are Monoma who doesn't know you?" He grinned quite proudly letting the water bubble surround us suddenly before shooting it out so it could splash roughly into the sidewalk with ease.

"Dory? Like from finding nemo? That's sort of cute. Anyway, where's your boyfriend and your friends?" I nibbled at my lower lip focusing on him again, speaking some more.

"Everyone is busy you know? After the provisional license test Katsuki and Todoroki failed so they are doing that, I'm doing my own training." I paused with a chuckle.

"It's embarrassing cause my drawl back with my quirk is like my water heats up so it burns my skin, so I'm trying to control my body heat from heating it." Monoma pressed his fist into his chin firmly for a moment before he stood up, moving down the stairs.

"Well are you coming?" I stared at his back oddly, like he had grown crazy.  "Go where?" I asked watching him turn his head towards me with another grin, chuckling.

"Let's go train Dory.. I think your quirk has the ability to be something amazing so let's show your classmates that just because you weren't always there to help doesn't mean you are weaker then them." I found my eyes growing wide a little in shock.

"One and only offer! Take it or leave it." Little asshole I thought shaking my head grabbing my backpack following after him.
