Nightmare (Katsuki Bakugou)

Chapter Five

Dory's Pov
This boy should be illegal. I thought in complete shock. Why was he sitting so damn close to me? I mentally screamed in my mind. The loud sounds of the bus taking us to who knows were filling my cloudy mind and ears. Apart of me didn't wanna go on this damn field trip.

I could have stayed back at the school working on my quirk  even catching up on homework. But Bakugou like always guilt-tripped me with puppy dog eyes only I had seen and it was unusual for him to be soft.

I held my backpack tightly in my lap hiding my head behind it. Really trying to give us space my best friend just had to sit next to me, I could feel his muscles through the thin martial. Our gym uniform gave little to no imagination to what was underneath, but I'll try and enjoy this little field trip as much as I could.

I jolted a low squeak leaving me when Kirishima was exclaiming his name, making Bakugou literally lean over my lap to look at his phone. "What the hell am I looking at?" Bakugou growled out and I squeaked quickly moving away, his eyes watching me when he perked up at the low squeak that left me.

  "Kirishima do you just wanna switch seats?" I squeaked out seeing his smiling face was grinning at me. He was enjoying seeing me getting flustered over Bakugou.

"Yeah, just make sure Iida isn't watching." He sent me a playful wink before as quickly as I quickly I climbed over the seat, and switched seats with Kirishima so he could talk to Bakugou easily. I held my backpack back in my lap my heart racing.

"So I was wondering... Dory isn't dating anyone, think she'd say yes if I asked her out on a date." I had to quickly keep my head down to act like I totally wasn't eavesdropping. My face heated.

"Don't even try it Kirishima." I heard Bakugou quickly speak up. "Why not I mean she's really pretty and funny she's my type." I was squirming around, clutching my thick thighs together.

"Kirishima." That was all that was said leaving me wondering in thought all by myself.

As carefully as I could I slowly started stretching, trying to make sure I didn't pop anything today with the training simulation. We haven't been back here since the league of villains attack a few months back.

I'm sure it brings back a lot of memories and ones that no one wanted to think about, and the whole class didn't speak a word of those events either.

"Dory!" I jolted a little standing back up stretch, I cracked a faint smile watching Sero, Kaminari, and Kirishima all rushing towards me all pushing one another, acting like boys did.

"Oh hey guys what's up?" I greeted them with a smile slowly tying all my curly hair up so it wasn't in my face "You're really pretty." Kaminari sputtered out to me with a smile.

"I..Well thank you. " I giggled shyly, holding my bag close with my hero costume in it. I listened to the three of them talking deeply with me, answering the questions they threw at me, before I had to focused on Kirishima, when he pulled me away from them, his arm placed around me while we walked.

"So Dory? Are you free on Saturday?" I blinked my round eyes a few times and opened my mouth to respond but quickly my mouth flew open when an explosion hit straight by Kirishima knocking him off his balance.

"Oops, these stupid gauntlets I need to fix them." I could hear the repeating sounds of Bakugou's boots coming over towards the two of us, his red eyes peering at me. I helped Kirishima up. A small chuckle leaving me turning to face Bakugou setting my bag down at my feet.

I placed my hand on my hip, cocking my head to the side "Uh-huh? So do explosions just naturally happen like that Bakugou." I teased him watching a glare form on his face, and he roughly folded his arms over his chest.

"Very much sure, sorry dude," Bakugou told his friend, who was laughing messing with his spiky red hair. Part of me didn't wanna believe it, but I didn't wanna assume as well.

"I need to go change into my costume, I'll see you two later out in the field." I giggled scooping my bag up, I waved 
goodbye to Kirishima and pressed a gentle kiss onto his frowning face seeing his facial expression slowly die down from the sour one, his cheeks replaced with a red hue.

I made my way down the steps carefully catching one last word that made me freeze up.

"I like her okay!"
