Their cars sped off towards the warehouse. Their enemies are alarmed hearing the cars. Just like in the movie, the first to get out are the underlings.
Kyran's men hurriedly went out and on defense stance. Boy went out first before Kali. They gasped seeing her. They recognized the mask.
"I-it's-
"Lady Amaranth"
The men uttered.
"Who's in charge?" LA asked.
Someone's about to answer but a flying dagger hits the man beside that someone.
Boy side-glanced Kali. It was her.
"It's ungentlemanly of him trying to point his gun on a lady like me," she said.
The men gulped. "We're sorry, L-lady Amaranth. He's new," the man in charge apologized.
LA tilts her head on the left. "Like I care," she uttered and nods at Boy.
"Now, now, call your boss and put him on speaker," he ordered.
The man didn't obey.
"It's either you do as he says or you will never- Good choice," Kali said as the man hurriedly fished out his phone.
The man in charge is sweating as their boss is not answering. Boy aims the gun he's holding towards the guy. Fortunately, the other line answered.
"What?!" Kyran answered annoyed.
In the background, they can hear a girl moaning. Zed and Boy scoffed while Kana remains stoic.
"B-boss," the man stuttered.
"Spill it! I'm busy!" Kyran yelled.
"You need to come here, boss. E-el-
"I said I'm busy!" he said cutting the man.
Kali signaled Zed and not that long, they heard a gunshot. They all freeze. Kali then walks and gets the phone from the man.
"Your head will be the next to blow up if you didn't arrive here in less than 20 minutes,"
She said before destroying the phone. Kyran knew better that he is doomed. They knew where he is and it scares the shit out of him.
"Now, shall we enter?" Kali asked smirking behind the mask.
The man in charge nodded while trembling.
"Kill anyone who dares to act foolishly," she commanded.
"Yes, lady Amaranth," the boys answered her and positioned themselves.
LA and Jack went in. She took the seat for the boss. The gang is so nervous about their presence. They are expecting to be chased out but not to be visited by the Elixir's A-team.
After 15 minutes, Kyran arrived panting.
"That was quick," Jack commented.
"Sit," LA ordered.
'Damn this dog. He dared kill my father and now he's looking like a scared cat,' Boy thought.
"Jack," LA called him. She knew that he is holding himself not to kill the man in front of them.
Jack cleared his throat. "So, how does it feel thinking that you outsmarted Elixir?" he asked.
"It's not true. We were just seeking sanctuary," Kyran answered making Boy, scoff.
"Did you?" LA asked. Kyran mumbled a small yes.
LA chuckled. "Elixir didn't get any memo about it. And you know exactly what will happen to those who dare to enter our kingdom uninvited," her tone turned eerily.
Kyran is giving his lame reasons when Joker's voice entered their ears.
"He went out of the city with Jer," Joker said indicating about Kith.
The two glance at each other and proceed to their task.
"I don't care about your pathetic reasons. But don't worry, we are not here to eradicate your gang," LA said. 'Not yet' she added in her mind.
That caught Kyran and his men off guard.
"We have an offer," Jack said.
"Elixir wanted to take you in," he added.
"T-take us in?" asked, Kyran.
"Yes. Your gang will be under Elixir if you agree," Jack answered.
That stunned him for a moment. Having an ally with Elixir is one of the most sought after in the mafia world.
"You don't have to answer right away-
"I accept!" Kyran said interrupting LA.
'You're a dead meat, Kyran,' Boy thought.
"Good choice. We will inform you about the introduction of your gang with everyone," LA said.
They left ignoring their thanks. Inside the car, Boy is clenching his fists.
"Relax, dude," Santa said.
"I wanted to rip him open," he said.
"You and your siblings will, soon enough," Kali said.
"Just wait a little longer. For now, let's play his mind," Zed said.
"He's so predictable. He just blindly accepted the offer," Spade chuckled.
"What if he changes his mind?" Boy asked.
"That's a suicide," Spawn uttered.
"If he wants to die then he can. No one back outs with Elixir and stay alive and he knows that," Sparrow added. Boy nodded, understanding.
"Santa, drop me off at SMC," Kali said removing her coat.
"You have a duty?" Boy asked.
"Mn. Just on stand by. It's boring in my crib," she answered.
They dropped her off and left. Boy invited them to have some drinks in his club. And as the boys are suckers for free stuff, they didn't hesitate and agreed.
It's only been 20 minutes since they arrived when Boy got a call from a panicking Jer. He bolted up from his seat.
"What's wrong?" Zed asked as he keeps on cursing.
"We need to head to SMC," he answered. The rest followed him.
"Was it Ne-
"It's Kith,"
He cuts Zed's words. Zed felt relief but agitated. The look on Zed's face is telling the others who this Kith is. They can only grimace and wish luck to whoever did this.
