Epilogue

I was surprised to see the Ivonav family coming through the entrance rather than my uncles.

We had originally decided to let the family meet before we move on to the serious part. The Ivonav's would be waiting outside by the time the reunion would be over but I guess that would have to wait for a while now.

Coming back to the present scenario, my brothers were ready with their guns out and so was dad. Papa Ivonav, in a swift move, came forward and stood beside me while his sons took their position behind me. The female of the family with grandpa Ivonav was being shielded in case of firing, which by the way I won't let happen.

"Rosa come here now!" Dad ordered. His eyes roamed everywhere in a matter of a few seconds.

"Dad relax, please. They are here for a peace treaty. They are with me. Just trust me and lower down your weapons. We can sit and talk."

A lot of further convincing took place and finally Dad and my brothers lowered down their guns and settled themselves on the couch. No invitation for the guest I see.

Their hands were still holding their guns just in case. But that was not needed. They were her to talk.

And that's exactly what we did. For about two hours continuously. Negotiating terms and explaining the pros.

Finally, we concluded. The treaty is final and would take place in front of the world. Inviting them to challenge us, the most powerful mafia ever.

"So Bambina, this was your surprise?" Leo asked.

Of course, I have told them that the gift would be first and then the deal will be taking place but since the change of plans which were unknown to me took place, it's time for the actual gift.

"Ummm, no! Wait I will call the surprise here." Yet again I yelled a come in and this time the remaining of the Ferrari family entered.

One by one dad and my brothers stood up. Shocked by the sudden arrival of those whom they had long considered dead.

"Brother!" Dad whispered.

"Brother!" Leo whispered as well.

Coming out of their shocked zone they rushed towards their family.

An emotional reunion was accompanied by a lot of explanations and more fights than expected.

I guess the entry of the Ivonav family first, did give them an upper hand, or else they would have been lying dead the moment they set foot on our doors.

The rage-filled eyes of my father said it all.

But luckily for us, he calmed down fast.

Another set of arguments finally led us to settle down peacefully.

Looking at my family now, I would have never guessed that my life would turn out like this.

A big family, annoying ass brothers, aunts, and uncles, not that I didn't have a beautiful life before this but it came out more than I could have wished for.

Gannu Ji (Lord Ganesh) thank you so so much for this. I had lost belief in you after his death but now I will reconsider making you my friend.

"What are you thinking Sorella?" Leo asked.

"Nothing, just looking at the scene going in front of me. My family is happy and sorted. When Aayush died I was so sad. I had lost all my hopes. I was just living because of Mumma, Papa, and my sister. Life did take some unexpected turns bringing me here and I can't be more grateful to it."

Leo wrapped his hands around my shoulder making me lean on him. My head was on his chest while my arms were around his torso.

"And this, this is all because of you my little butterfly. Without you, I don't think we could have ever made this possible. You found our family and made it happy again. you made the impossible, possible. You are what we have wished for. You are just like mom in every way possible. You are our light and happiness. Never leave us, princess."

"Never!" Giving him a quick kiss on his cheek I went back to my previous position and gradually slept while listening to his heartbeats.

The sense of tranquility took over me and my heart was full of joy. We were fine and happy.

Sorry for the short chapter but this was all I could think of for the epilogue.

Yet again I am late to wish but Happy New Year to all of you. 

I am back from my long vacation and right now have my exams coming up. 

Anyways so the part one of this book has finally come to an end. Book 2 will be continued here only. I will be posting the blurb and a prologue before actually starting the book. 

You guys still have time to post your opinion on whether I should choose option one or two (refer to the second author's note of this book) but as of now, I will be going on with option 2. 

Any sort of idea for book 2 will be entertained as well.
