puja's panic attack

Puja was continuously crying and got a panic attack. All her sisters n frnds were around consoling n assuring her to support her n she was given her medicine to control her attack which she was getting after an incident of her past which took away her faith in love...

After sometime she was relaxed n slept near her sisters holding as if they will vanish if she doesnt hold them.

Meanwhile there Kartik enjoyed the story with his frnds n went to the bar n all the boys had a hangout.

NEXT MORNING , 7AM

Puja: sorry dii n little sis i never knew i will react this way hearing that story. Unneccesarily i made u all tensed.

Tanisha: its ok puja, u neednt be sorry i totally understand .

Sweta: no problem puja , u know u r our sister n we are all there for u no matter what.

Ankita: relax dii, u r not at fault.

Tanisha: Puja take a hot shower n calm urself. Dont think anything abt last ni8 n dont stress urself. i m making coffee for all of us till then.

Sweta: come on puja chill now. We all have freshen up now its ur turn. see u in the breakfast table.

PUJA'S POV

i have been so frustrated abt last ni8. i hope to not meet the person again in my life who has snatched my happiness in past. i m very happy n lucky for getting my sisters whom i love so much and the most important thing is that they pamper me n love me like a parents🥰🥰🥰

I allow the water to wash away the day, the worry, the energy, the emotions that I've taken in from others. All of it. I allow it all to flow down the drain. I see it as impermanent and no longer a part of my present moment. I give it permission to flow away from me.

I stand there for a long while. I just close my eyes and take deep breaths.
