You have been having a rough day with ONI Officer Garden in your office. Honestly you can't tell who is worse. Howard of Garden? However your day begins to brighten when you get a notice from Jameson asking you meet with him at the observation deck.

Now having the excuse to escape you head out of your office. You make your way over to the observation deck with a spring in your step.

When you arrive you find Locke looking out the window with his helmet under his arm. Did he just get back from a mission. This causes you to think for a moment. Had he been on a mission recently? Then this must be important.

"Spartan Locke?" You get his attention as you walk over.

"Officer [y/n]."

"Just get back from a mission?" You ask.

"I did."

"Why the notice to meet? Seemed urgent."

"No, it's nothing. I just thought this would be a good place to talk without Ken butting in." He says.

"Aww, aren't you a sweetheart." You tease getting a small blush from him.

You both talk for a little while. Neither of you noticing that Buck and Big B are watching. Both of them are very curious if Jameson is going to confess.

"So, [y/n] can I tell you something?" He asks.

"Sure."

"I love you." He says firmly. "I understand if you don't feel—,"

Before the man could finish that sentence, he is silenced by your kiss. He is shocked but kisses back slowly wrapping an arm around your waist. While Big B and Buck are celebrating in their hiding spot, Garden appears. The two look at one another and quickly proceed to stop the man from ruining the moment.

Today has been going ... for a lack of a better term, okay. Not as stressful as normally is but still stressful. But still pretty stressful. And it isn't like Officer Garden was helping. He was off somewhere doing only God knows what most of the time.

But the highlight of your day was unexpected message via email. You had gotten an email from Royce from [D/B/N]. He was emailing to warn you about someone that is going to be stationed on Infinity. Someone that is no who they say they are. Naturally you offered to help take this person down before they could do damage. Royce then sent you all the information that [D/B/N] currently as on them and who they are working for.

It feels nice being able to be a Dedsec Operative again. Loyal to the UNSC, however if Dedsec has reason to think there is corruption attempting to seem into it, you are definitely going to do what you can to stop it.
