Juniper Pucey marches into the room decorated for the dueling club, Severus Snape trailing behind her. "Good. Everyone is already here. Welcome back. I've decided that I've tested you enough on your casting skills to be assured no horrible 'accidents' would happen. As you may notice.. I've brought your Potions Professor along with me. Professor Snape. I've asked him, as I distinctly remember him to be rather masterful in the art of dueling, if he would be able to do a demonstration with me on how to disarm an opponent." Juniper and the dark haired man only a year younger than her get up onto the stage and the students gather around them. "Now please remember. Only disarming. No serious harming.", she says pointedly with a stare that only mothers truly know how to give.
They draw their wands, bowing. "However.. we both agreed to make this demonstration a bit more.. fun."
The two once Slytherins begin a dynamic duel of blocking one another's spells, redirecting them, trying to overpower one another.
It truly was fun to see and even Snape, the man that terrified quite a good amount of his students enough to become their boggart, seemed to find a bit of joy in their back and forth which ends with Juniper Pucey catching his wand in mid air, offering it back to him. He accepts and the two of them bow once more. "Still excellent, I see." "Thank you. Same as you... Volunteers! Don't be fearful! I'll guide you through the steps if you need me to!"

It had been great fun. Same as actual teaching. Juniper had the pleasure of getting to teach multiple classes for different years, clearly doing more than a decent job, judging by the way the students were flocking to her and admiring her every step.

The witch simply had everything. She was unbiased towards the houses, kind yet radiated authority. Fiercely intelligent and yet never condescending when teaching others. She was truly just a good teacher. A great one even. And clearly also an amazing parent to have that had quite a lot of other students jealous of Adrian Pucey whose relationship with her seemed too good to be true, same as with the other 4 students that were all addressing her as their aunt.

Things were going well, all things considered. However.. there was a certain shadow lingering. And it was growing stronger.

Of course she did have to be right.
Rushing into the hidden chamber where the young Harry Potter was, unconscious, closely followed by Severus she runs over to her little nephew, of sorts, scooping him up gently. "Is he.." "He'll be alright. He just needs some medical care."
Juniper Pucey had been the one to carry him to Madame Pomfrey and neither she nor her son, Marcus, Graham or even Draco had left the boys bed after, all of them awaiting him waking up.
"What.." Ron Weasley, a rather.. biased boy, stares at the Slytherins around his friends bed but is silenced by Hermione Granger as they watch him wake up. "Auntie June.." "Salazar, Potter! Are you bloody suicidal or what? Don't do that again!" Draco slaps the bespectacled boys chest as a grin grows on the young Potters face. "You were worried! You totally were!" Draco glares and marches out, but his posture clearly was speaking off his relief. "Don't listen to him. He's been pacing around your bedside for hours..", Adrian tells Harry who grins. "Adrian." "Don't worry my mum like that again, right? She had to carry you out of there, you know?" Harry glances at his aunt. "Sorry.." "It's hardly your fault, fawn. You did what you thought was for the better. You were brave.. I wouldn't have expected anything else from you... Your father was also like that... Reckless at times, foolish even.. but brave." Harry smiles lightly. "Thanks." "Hey." He glances at Marcus Flint. "We'll see you at the Pucey household, right? You can join us for playing quidditch now." Harry grins. "I'd like that." Graham too smiles. "I'll be there as well. Invite Regulus to tag along.. he was a Seeker like you after all. Maybe he'll be able to teach you some things." Harry nods enthusiastically at the suggestion before becoming shy. "If that's okay of c.." "Your godfather and uncle and you Live in a house that has been in my family for generations. Sirius and Regulus both have been some of the closest friends, beside Lucius, Narcissa and Michael of course, I have. We all together spend every holiday with my parents who love you like another grandson. Harry. Salazar.. you are family. When will that fit into your head?!", Juniper tells him, nudging his head of messy hair gently. "Thanks, Aunt June.." Juniper nods gently. "Alright, my dear little fawn. Rest a bit. I will see you, latest, at home in a couple of days." He nods. Adrian gives his honorary little brother a wink and a fistbump before, along with the other boys, following his mother.

"Bloody hell.. You really grew up with Slytherins?" Harry blinks at Ron. "What's so bad about it? My godfather would probably still be locked up in Azkaban despite not being guilty and I would probably have been living in hell. And my aunt who did all that for me is a Slytherin. Adrian was between Ravenclaw and Slytherin but chose his house to be with Marcus, who's basically another brother of mine and his. And Graham, Draco and I basically grew up together because Mr. Malfoy is my aunt's brother, though not blood related and Mr. Monteague was her friend for years. They are my family!" "But they are Slytherins." "Well.. Pettigrew, who joined Voldemort, killed my parents, a bunch of muggles, blamed my godfather and almost got away with it all was a Gryffindor. And Barty Crouch Junior who killed and tortured multiple people was a Hufflepuff. Not all Slytherins are evil. And neither are all members of the other houses." "He's right, Ron.", Hermione throws in and the ginger throws up his hands. "I still can't stand them." "You don't have to. But they are my family anyways. And I am glad they are."
