Billie

I grunted in annoyance as I pushed through the crowd of students quickly, trying to get away from the ones that were calling out my name.

I've never been the popular girl at school and I liked it that way, but ever since me and my brother posted ocean eyes everybody can't seem to get enough of me.

It's crazy to me. You do something that gets the attention of people that didn't even care about you existence a day ago and suddenly they want to be friends and hang out.

Fucking ridiculous.

"Hey, Billie!"

"Yo Bil!"

"Billie!"

Jesus christ. Maybe I should consider getting my named changed.

I made my way to my locker and quickly got out my math before anyone could talk to me and hurried to my first period.

I made my way to the back of the classroom and sat down in my assigned seat.

My math teacher, Mr. Marx, noticed my struggles with my rising popularity, so he allowed me to sit far away from everyone and even have my own table.

Thank god.

That doesn't stop some of them from coming up to me for group projects though. There's also this girl named Kendall, she a bitch and has an awful personality.

When I started rising in popularity because of my song, she stopped messing with me for a while, and one day she came up to me.

Flashback//

I was doodling in my notebook when Kendalk came up to me, a smug look on her face.

"Billie, right?" She asked, as if she didn't know my name.

Kendall and her posse would always make fun of me because of the baggy clothes I always wore.

Sorry I don't have any tight dresses that make me look like a whore.

I sighed and looked up at her with a bored face.

"What do you want Kendall?" I asked with an annoyed tone.

She put on the most fakest sad facial expression I've ever seen.

"I'm so sorry I bulled you all last semester. I know I can't take back all the things I said to you but I do promise not to bother you anymore." Kendall said with a pout.

I held back an eyeroll.

"Yeah, whatever, it's fine." I muttered, returning my attention back to my drawing.

I just wanted her to leave.

She perked up instantly at that.

Fake bitch.

"I'm glad we could put all that behind us. Also, could I sit with you? I would like to get to know you, and maybe even become friends." She quired.

I swear I heard my pencil crack with the right grip I had on it.

You gotta be kidding me.

Now I wasn't stupid, I knew she was just trying to be my friend because everyone is talking about me and my song I released.
