It's been 1:30 in the midnight but Neil was still not home, Avni Was angry and hell scared. He promised her that he would come early but no. Neil was never this late. What happened now. She just wish to be with him.

Its only been weeks since she came back of Jail and now she only wanted to be with her family, especially him.

Avni tried his phone but he wasn't picking up. Avni felt that something is wrong. She was getting bad vibes since morning, she even told Neil not to go but she understands, he is a police officer. He serves the people, the government, the society. She is very proud of him but some times him being late or going to dangerous missions scare the hell out of her.

She again tried his mobile and this time someone picked it.

Avni : hello hello Neil where are you...why are you late...is there any problem in the station...hello?

She was continuesly talking until she heard and unfamilier voice from the other side.

Person : hello ma'am...hmm I got this phone from the middle of the road, I think there was an that accident happened here. The car is also in the midway and is distroyed.

Avni was numb hearing this. Neil's accident...The phone fell from her hand. Her eyes tear up. She fall on her knees. She suddenly heard some voice from the phone.

Person : hello...hello ma'am can you hear me?

Avni soon composes herself a bit and took the phone.

Avni : wh...whe..where are..y..you

She asked with utmost difficulty...her voice choked...she felt like someone stabbed her with 1000 swords. She can't loose him.. she would die if something happened to him.

Person : saffron place ma'am..

Avni soon went downstairs, everyone was asleep so she without making any noise went from there. She reached at the place and saw a car which was completely damaged. She looked at the number Plate

It was his car. She was searching for Neil when someone tapped her shoulder. She turned back and saw an unknown man standing there.

She was a bit scared but composed herself and asked him.

Avni : who...are you.

Person : ma'am I am Parth... actually I was the one who called you.

Avni sighed in relief. He handover her the phone.

Avni : thank you

Parth : it's my duty.

Saying this he went away.

Avni search for Neil nearby and also at the near hospitals but she didn't get any clue. So she went to police station. DD was not there. He was out of town for a mission so he could rarely pick up the calls.

So she went to the police station and told them about Neil's missing. By this time she informed the family too. They were also in the police station.

Avni was crying very badly. Neela ma was having tears but stay strong, she consoled Swetha while prakash consoled Bebe.

24 hours passed but there was still no clue about Neil.

Avni felt shattered. She knew that she could not live without him. Even the thought of being away from him kills her.

She clearly saw that the officers were not much into their work. They were slow like sloths. Suddenly anger gushed inside her. She felt like beating the hell out of them. Neil was one among them still they were more into themselves..

She was crying bitterly.. If anything happen to her, her life will never be bright again..
