"I'll be here by your side. Go to sleep." He caressed my cheek with the back of his hand.

When I woke up from my sleep, I saw Sanket still asleep. His head was resting on my left hand as his hands held mine.

It was early in the morning. The sunrise was beautiful, but what was more beautiful to see him sleep next to you.

I lied silently in the bed and watched him. I felt him stir and his hold on my hand loosened. I slowly took my hands out of his grip and brushed his hair away from his forehead which caused him to wake up.

"I'm sorry, go back to sleep." I said.

He smiled at me before lifting his head and leaning back in the chair. He winced when he tried to move his head to the side. Cracking his head from side to side he smiled at me again.

"You fine now?" I asked.

"Yeah. Are you fine? Does your hand pain? Are you feeling tried? You want me to call the doctor? Or you want--"

I couldn't help but chuckle at him. "I'm fine. don't worry."

"Okay.."

"By the way, where are others?" I asked.

"They went home last night, they might be here anytime soon now."

"Ohh okay."

"Why didn't you go home last night?"

"Are you serious, honey?" I thought you knew me better than that. Why would I leave you all alone in this room and go home?" He sounded disappointed.

"I'm sorry, I-I don't know what I'm speaking. I didn't mean it that way. Why didn't you sleep with me in this bed? There's plenty of space here."

"I didn't want to hurt you."

"As if you would." I scoffed.

Soon all of them were here. Ashi had made the breakfast at home and got. Atleast, Ghar ka khana is better than hospital. The doctor said that I would get discharged in 2-3 days. I don't know why would it took so long, I'm all fine.
