The doctor left and I looked around.
This room was huge. The walls were white and through the window I could see a little of outside from my position.
A few minutes later the door slowly opened, Ashi came inside with Unnati behind her. She gave me a small smile.
"How r u feeling?" Ashi spoke softly And looked at my hand which was wrapped with bandage.
"Fine but tried." I weakly smiled.
"Aise tujhe dekhte hue accha nhi lag raha hai honey, jaldi thik hoke wapis Ghar aaja." Unnati said coming closer to the bed.
"And how dare you leave us and go huh? Ek baar bola bhi nhi?" Ashi scolded.
"Agar bolti toh jaane dete?"
"Never do this again, okay?" Ashi said and forwarded her palm for a promise.
"Okay!" I said and promised.
"Yeah, so someone wants to meet you and has been waiting impatiently outside. He asked us not to take too much of time or--" She was cut off by the door opening.
I looked towards the door and my heart skipped a beat.
I gasped softly when I saw him. He looked really messed. His hair were completely messy sticking out in different directions and eyes were blood shot red, as if he'd been crying all the time. His white shirt was stained with blood, crumpled and tucked out.
When I looked back into his eyes, they held many unreadable emotions. He stood near the door waiting for Ashi and Unnati to leave.
"Uh, we'll be outside. Take care." They smiled and left leaving me alone with Sanket.
Once they were out of the room, he stood near the closed door and drank the complete image of me before walking towards me.
