Gulf and I played a video game while he's staying inside my house.

"You always lose, Gene." He teased.

"That's because you are cheating!"

"No, I didn't."

Gulf is right, I always lose when it comes to playing video games. I'm not good at it.

"I quit," I said and leaving the game for real.

"Aw! Let's play again, I will let you win."

"No, we will watch a horror movie."

"I hate horror movies. Romance would be nice."

"Ew! Romance? That's too boring."

He laughed.

"How about we watch adventure time?"

"That's too childish of you."

"Well... You liked it since we were kids."

"That was the past, I like horror movies now."

"Gunter is your bias right?"

"Ha-ha! Stop mentioning bias here."

"My bias was Jake."

"Cut that off, Gulf!"

"Why? You don't like Gunter now because you are an adult?"

"I didn't say that I don't like. You are just so random."

We are like this. We always teased each other.

"Because you want to watch horror movies which I don't like it!"

"Are you scared of-"

In the middle of our fight...

Ding dong!

"It must be Mew."

"Yeah, I think so. Let me check first."

"Okay." I nodded.

"How you guys doing?"

"We have a lot of fun today, right Gene?"

"Yeah." I raised my thumb.

"You need to prepare, we should go home."

"Okay, I will be back in a minute."

"I need to go, Gene. My boyfriend is picking me up." Gulf said while packing up his things.

"Okay, take care."

"See you next time." he waved and left.

It's already 6:00 in the evening and I didn't even notice the time.

I admit I have fun with Gulf today. He often visits here depending on the weather. He is also aware of my phobia but not 'fully aware'. I'm glad that he drops by.

I went to the kitchen and cook something to eat for dinner. Hmmm... How about sushi? Fried rice with sushi. I like sushi.

I opened my phone and start to put on some music. Cooking while listening to music is great! Sunsetz by Cigarettes After Sex is currently playing.

While I'm cooking, I heard the door unlocked.

"Oh, mom! You're home early."

"Yes, I finished my work early."

"Have you eaten, mom?"

"Yes, I already had. What are you cooking?"

"Fried rice with sushi."

"That's delicious. I will be back, need to change my clothes."

"Okay."

I walked into the living room and turned on the television. As expected, the television is presently in a weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow. I missed going to the beach, it's my escape place.

...The area of Bangkok tonight won't experience a slight chance of rain...

"Wanna go somewhere tonight, Gene?"

"Why did you ask, mom?"

"I have no work tomorrow in the morning, so this is the only time I could spend with you."

My mom is working so hard these past few months because she has a promotion.

"Aren't you tired yet?" I worriedly said.

"No, why would I? I will spend my night with you." She winked.

"Are you sure about that mom?"

"Yeah. Do you want to come or not?"

"I can't say 'no' but where are we going?"

"At the Soi Cowboy. Wanna still come?"

I nodded.

"Then, finish your food and prepare yourself. I will prepare as well."
