The forest

(Quick Announcement)
(I apologize for not updating anything or writing much lately, I had some writers block and i couldn't think of any way to start of this chapter. But I hope you're enjoying the story so far but I will try to post more often, plz forgive me if there are some grammar mistakes.)

(Blades POV)

It's pretty late at night, around 1 AM to be exact. I feel my phone vibrate from on my nightstand, I turned over on my side to grab my phone. It was pretty dark so it was hard to see but I eventually found it. It was a text from Daren my older cousin.

(My partners in crime)

Daren( Hey grandma wants us at her place for that weekend)

Blade( Sounds good, hey Zero u down to go)

Zero( Yeah im down I'll bring some horror movies and maybe some mw)

Blade( oh shit we could get high in the bathroom)

Daren( true but getting high while watching horror movies sounds badass)

Zero( kk, ima go pack up)

Blade( K ima bring snacks and flashlights so we can explore the woods at night lmao)

Daren( im down im gonna pack up the blankets and pellows)

Blade( sounds good I gotta pack up now)

Daren( same cya later)

Blade( cya)

I put my phone back on the charger and started packing, after packing I got in the shower.

(Time skip)
(After the shower)

I rapped a towel around myself and back to my room, after changing I walked out of my closet I grabbed my stuff then I left a not to my parents so they wouldn't be pissed that I was gone and went to my grandparents place.

I got to my grandparents place in 10 mins by bus, both of my cousins were already there. We ran to the guest room, and Zero put a bunch of slenderman movie's and games on the dresser. Our grandparents were the only people in our family that excepted us for being apart of the LGBTQ community so we were at their place alot.

We got settled in and had dinner, we were just talking and playing horror games. We started talking about creepypasta while getting high." Lets play truth or dare" Zero said suggestivly. "Yeah thats sounds good" Daren said "what do you say Blade?" I didn't even take a second to think before i responded "Hell yeah sounds fun." A hour went by and we got bored, Daren passed out 30 minutes after playing.

Me and Zero were still play when she dared me to hang out in the forest i agreed as long as she went with me. Daren stayed inside since he was asleep, we grabed a flashlight, a pocket knife, and a bag full of snacks. We were on our way to the forest, but it was dark as fuck and I triped on everything while Zero laughed at me. We were running through the forest laughing and joking around with each other each other, it started to sprinkle. An hour or 2 went by and it started to rain really hard, a little thunder could be heard  but not alot.

It was amazing something most people only dreamed about doing, we ended up running to the park. When we got there we were soaked but we didn't care we ran around laughing, a few mins went by and we were laying on a picnic table. The forest was across the street from the  park, and we seen 3 people whatching us. I squinted my eyes to see what they looked like I couldn't make out most of their features but I could tell they were all guys and they seemed fairly tall.

They seen me looking at them and they ran further into the forest. It scared the shit out of us so we went back to our grandparents place, Daren was awake to our surprise he looked confused. "Are you guys ok, you look like you just seen some shit" Daren asked jokingly I snapped at him "Daren this isnt a joke we went into the forest then to the park, and while we were at the park we seen 3 guys watching us from the forest!" He seemed socked at my words, but after a second after processing what I had just said he seemed serious and asked if we knew who they were. "Obviously we dont know them, she would of said their name's but she didn't!" Zero seemed scared and annoyed just by saying that they were watching us.

Daren told us he would check it out with us since we would have gone with or without him, as we approached the forest I got chills and I felt like I was being watched. I started to feel the hairs on my neck standing up, after taking Daren to the part of the forest we seen them at we looked around a little and found nothing but a tape. We decided to take the tape back to the house since my grandparents were old faction and had a VHS player in the guest bedroom. After getting back to the house we played it and it was a recording of me and Zero running around laughing in the woods, the person recording stepped on a stick but we didn't seem to notice because of the thunder in the background. Then it showed us running to the park the person pointed the camera at his feet while walking over to were the tape was to get a better vew of us, he was wearing light blue baggy jeans, black and white convers, and a tan yellowish hoodie. We could see two other men enter the camera vew but was only their, the man on the right was wearing the same thing as the first guy and the man on the left was wearing dark blue jeens, a green hoodie but the sleeves were stripey with green and a grayish blue, he was wearing black gloves, and black and white convers.

Then it showed me and Zero hanging out while sitting on a picnic table before laying down on it, a few minutes after the tape showing us laying down I sat up and seen them recording us then it showed them running deeper into the forest and just like before we could only see their feet. That was when the recording stopped it scared the shit out of me, thats when I realized they werw running away when the recording stopped meaning after me and Zero left they went back to were they were recording us from and put the tape there.

They hair on the back of my neck stood up just by thinking about it. "Lets not think about it, we could just go to bed and ignore it." Zero said trying not to sound scared "yeah, ill put the tape in my bag then ill go to sleep." I replied reassuring her, after putting the tape in my bag I layed down and fell asleep pretty quickly.

(Time skip)
(The next day)

It was the next morning and we were all packing up to go back home but the whole time walking home I could shake the feeling of being watched. I eventually got home my parents didn't care like usual and my little sister was now staying with my aunt and her husband so I was gonna be home alone most of the time now. Which didnt bother me since im home alone alot anyway, I was tired and my parents were heading out like usual so I went to bed.

(Time Skip)
(12:30 AM)

I woke up to footsteps downstairs, I was wearing shorts and an oversized hoodie so it was fairly cold. On my way down the stairs I realized my parents weren't gonna be home until tomorrow, I peeked around the corner to see 3 men in the living room. I ran back up to my room im surprised they didn't notice me.

I didn't bother to put socks or shoes before climbing out my window and running to Mandi's place. I banged on her front door she opend it looking tired as if I had woken her up, I apologized for waking her and explained to her what happened she pulled me into the house. After I was in the house she told me she was gonna call the police aand explain what happened I agreed, she was on the phone for about 5 minutes when the operator sent police to my house to check out the situation.

After checking my house they came to Mandi's place and said the whole inside of my house was trashed. I felt my heart stop, they said they would patrol around my house for the night and that I shouldn't stay there for the next few days I agreed then they left. Mandi's parents are letting me stay for awhile.

(Hey, I really appreciate you guys and ik I make random spelling mistakes and im sorry but ill try to work on that I cant baleve I even got this far into the story but thx so much for reading and ill try to post more often <3)
