Third-Person POV
Natasha's eyes go wide as the plane explodes, immediately sending Vallonia flying through the air. She watches as Vallonia loses consciousness, her body immediately going limp. "Vallonia!" she shouts, as if it will do anything to help.
She watches Vallonia's body flip through the air, the explosion sending it flying in her direction. However, a spark of hope ignites within Natasha; Vallonia is flying in her direction. She estimates that Vallonia will cross her path further down, so she quickly dives downward, streamlining her body to try to go faster that Vallonia.
As Vallonia approaches, Natasha extends her arm, desperately trying to reach her. Almost there, almost there. In perfect luck, Vallonia happens to be mid-flip with her hand reaching upwards towards Natasha as she passes under Natasha. Natasha reaches out so far that she's sure she's going to pull her shoulder out of socket. A tear that she is unsure of whether it's from fear or relief escapes her eye as her fingertips brush past Vallonia's.
In a moment of sheer luck, her hand moves down while Vallonia's goes up, putting her within reach. She clasps Vallonia's hand tightly, immediately taking Vallonia's wrist in her other hand. She is met by a harsh jerk as she stops Vallonia's flipping pattern, but is quickly flooded by relief as she realizes she's got a solid grip on Vallonia.
Quickly and carefully, Natasha flips herself to no longer be diving headfirst so that she is facing the same way as Vallonia. She wastes no time in crushing Vallonia's body against hers, making sure there is absolutely no possibility of her slipping.
Natasha looks around to make sure they're clear of debris; luckily, it seems that they were tossed around so much that there is minimal debris around them. She opens the parachute, then wraps all of her limbs around Vallonia as the parachute catches the air, jerking them harshly. She looks down and breathes a sigh of relief upon seeing that Vallonia's body is still pressed against hers.
As the fact that she still has Vallonia settles in, Natasha smiles relievedly and nuzzles Vallonia's unconscious face into the nook of her neck (ironically mimicking the position they were in before Vallonia gave her the parachute).
She leans her lips against Vallonia's ear, whispering, "I'm never letting you go."
......
As Natasha lands on the ground, still holding Vallonia in a death grip in her arms, she exhales in relief as she releases Vallonia for the first time in five minutes, immediately checking out how she's looking. She's definitely been in better shape; her nose is very bloody and broken, blood is trickling from her ears from her proximity to the plane's explosion, and her face is bruised enough to look like she just battled a semi-robotic trained assassin (which she did, so she's valid for that one).
While Natasha is cradling her, tears of relief streaming down her cheeks, she hears a familiar voice in front of her. "Holy shit."
She snaps her head up to see Melina standing there, all of the Widows including Yelena, Antonia, and Alexei flanking her.
Melina quickly rushes forward, dropping to her knees beside Natasha. She worriedly takes Vallonia's face in a hand. "Is she...?"
"No, no no no," Natasha quickly explains. "I could feel her heartbeat against me the whole way down."
Melina sighs in relief, gently running her hand down Vallonia's cheek as she's releasing her. "Thank god." She looks up at Natasha, now smiling as she embraces her. "I'm glad you two are okay - or at least alive. We'll see how okay Vallonia is on the jet."
