Sundrop/Moondrop x Reader

Part 7 I'll always be there~

Y/n POV
*lights flickered back on*
 Sun: "Y/N!!!  Hello again Skylight!!"
Y/n: "Hello Sunny so um can we talk about something?"
 Sun: " OH sure what's the matter dewdrop?"
Y/n: "Moondrop used to be a caretaker at some point to right?" Sun:"Um well yes why do you ask?"
 Y/n: "Why did he stop being one?" Sun: "There was an incident that happened so I didn't trust him around the kids anymore.... It broke my heart that I had to do that but... I don't know any other way.." Y/n: "May I ask what this incident was?" Sun: " I-I- I guess see what happened was well you see Moon loved being around the kids his eyes were blue he would come out during nap time he would sing them songs and read story's to help them sleep but one day he went crazy and and he.... Killed one of the children when the lights came back on I was so terrified of what I saw we were soon closed after that and people came to get us fixed they said nothing was wrong and told people that they created a new one of us  but they actually didn't they just said that so people would not be afraid to bring the kids here soon they also told me to never let Moon back out ever again. Me and Moon also can talk to each other through our thoughts but he never told me why he did it he said he couldn't remember why and every time he came out the employs treated him like um bad so every since then he's acted like he would kill them or hurt them but he never actually did and his eyes have been red ever since too. So that's why he's not a caretaker anymore that's why I was worried about you when he would be around you."

Y/n: "Hm well he has not hurt me and he seems to not try to scare me anymore and I think he misses the children. Maybe if I talk to the boss if he could be a caretaker again how would you feel if he could be the nap time caretaker again?". Sun: "OH no I don't think that would be a good idea he might hurt someone or something else there's no way." Y/n: "Sunny how about I bring my son here and maybe see how he does with my son if it goes well then we can  try. After all I will come early in time for nap time so I'll be there when he does it ok? please I trust him he deserves a second chance." Sun looks around thinking with a worried face  Sun: "I-I don't know I trust you y/n but anything could happen but if you promise you'd be there I guess we can give it a shot BUT IF YOU AREN'T THERE I'M NOT TURNING THE LIGHTS OFF OK?!" Y/n: "Ok ok I'll make sure I'll text my boss and tomorrow I'll bring my son ok" Sun: "ok I'm trusting you dewdrop.".    *next day* Y/n: "Hey hun so wanna go to work with mommy today?" Son: "But what about school?" Y/n: "I'll call you in sick so yes or no?". Son: " I mean yeah if I get to skip school sure!" Y/n: "Ok let me call your aunt that you'll be with me today". You call your sister to let her know what's going on as soon as you were done you texted your boss about your idea.

You: Hello sir so I've met  Moondrop and I was wondering if he could be a caretaker again to the children at nap time?

Hello Y/n I'm so sorry I had forgotten to tell you about Moondrop but I don't think it would be  a good idea to do  that Moondrop is not like Sundrop he could very much hurt the children it would not be safe to let him be a caretaker again  I'm sorry.

You: Sir please I've met him he seems that he would not do anything wrong as well as I can be there too  to make sure nothing happens please sir as well as I'm bringing my son today too so I can see how he does with my son if he does well can you consider it please?

I guess but if anything happens everything will be your fault and you will be fired  have a great day.

You: Thank you sir thank you so much and you too.!!

Y/n POV
Y/n: "Alright hun  let's go  get something too eat then leave at  10 ok"  * at 10*.  You are walking to the place and you walk in to see all the kids Sundrop sees you and skips over to you. Sun: "DEWDROP YOUR HERE!! Oh and  you must be? "  "*Sons Name* ." Sun: "OH nice name I think I've seen you before friend for your birthday right?"  Your surprised that he remembered even knew about his birthday!  Son: " Yes it was!! Thanks for remembering. " Sun: "Of course I remember all my friends" Son: "Can I tell you a secret! " Sun: "Sure friend"  Sundrop moves  his his head down to let him whisper in his ear. You see Sundrop face turn red as he whispers back to your son. As soon as your son walks away happy as can be you walk to Sundrop Y/n: "So what did he say?". Sun: "Well I can't tell you it's a secret after all."  You giggled. Y/n:" Ok I see how it is~  I'll find out eventually." You go to sit on your phone and wait for the daycare too close. *skips to the daycare closing *  Y/n: "welp that's over now let's see where did my son go?". Son: "Mommy when are we going home I'm tired..." He walked up behind you saying. Y/n: "Not soon but that's good news your tired that will help with Moon." Son: "Who's moon?". Y/n: "You'll see soon let's go talk to Sunny " you look around to find Sundrop as you spot him waving good bye too the kiddos. Y/n: "Hey Sunny so now that it's just us. I think it's time I tell Moondrop what we're doing okay?" Sun: "Ok I hope he does not hurt your  son." Y/n: " I'm sure he won't. alright see you soon Sunny." You kiss Sunnys cheek then hit the light switch. *lights turn off*. Moon:"Hello again Starlight~"
