Part 8 - Peter, spidey, and Little Peter?

Wanda's POV

Sadly, I had to leave the boy. He is cute, sweet, adorable, and a lot more. The good thing is that I'm with Vision on a date right now. So that's good, I get to see all of my favorite people in one day.

I can't help but worry about Peter, his arm. What happened there and why is he so scared of things? Why is he hurt, why did he have a nightmare? I hope he's alright, he will be in Nat's care.

I didn't realize I'm staring into space until Vision brings me back to reality. He waves his hand in front of my face effectively getting my attention. I blink a few times in surprise before turning to him. Before I can speak he does.

Vision:
"Are you okay? You've been spaced out for a bit. May I ask why?"

Wanda:
"Hm- Oh! Don't worry just thinking about something. I'm sorry this is supposed to be our date, I didn't mean to mess it up by making you w-"

Vision cuts me off by pulling me into a hug. I rest in his arms, enjoying the warm hug. I rest my head on his shoulder. I close my eyes, letting myself forget how I am worried for Peter. Vision takes this as an opportunity to speak.

Vis:
"You are clearly thinking of something at the moment so how about we have our date some other time? So that you won't be worried about whatever it is you're worried about. Do not worry about today. I do have something to occupy me."

I don't want to just have to cut our date short but I am worried. I suck in a breath and without thinking I lean more into him and nod. I start to speak.

Wanda:
"Later, for now, let me rest like this for a few."

Vision lets out a small chuckle and I close my eyes. Vis hug me slightly tighter, I let a small smile spread across my face. Starting to get tired I yawn unintentionally. I pay no attention to it in hopes Vis did not hear it.

I decide checking on Peter can wait, right now I'm with Vis. Vision picks me up as he gets up. Instinctively I wrap my arms around him, I let myself relax more when I am sure Vis has me and cannot drop me.

I let myself drift off to sleep, tired because I used my powers a lot today. I also didn't sleep much last night. Vision starts walking in the direction of the tower.

Pepper's POV

As I walk through the front doors of the tower I get a text, I decide to wait until I am in my office to check it. I am walking to the elevator, not at all happy that I work on my first day off this entire month.

What can I say though being CEO is not easy. (I think that's her title) I walk into the Private elevator and ask Friday to take me to the 63rd floor. Soon we are moving and I check my phone to find a message from Nat.

I smile before putting my phone back in my pocket and giving my usual 'I'm the boss' look. I walk out of the elevator ready to deal with whoever called this stupid meeting.

I push the door open and take my seat. I look around the room and no one has acknowledged my presence. I walk back to the door and clear my throat looking at them. They all look at me and I sit down once again.

Pep:
"Alright, let's get straight to business shall we."

Dunno what to do for that meeting or whatever but now. The story is beginning now.

I wake up yawning, I go to the bathroom and mess with the cast. Making it less noticeable for when I go out as spiderman. I go and grab clothes from my bag and go to take a shower. Because I haven't in a month dirt just flooded off me. (He sort of did but not really, he is still dirty)
