At Palmer Technologies (formerly Queen Consolidated)...

Felicity was at her desk, packing some things to head back to the Arrow/Athena hideout for the evening's work. The sound of shoes clicked on the tiles towards her.

'Almost done here, Jerry,' she said. 'You should have gone home hours ago.'

'Who's Jerry?' a woman's voice asked. Felicity looked up to see Caitlin Snow and Cisco Ramon standing there.

'This place is bigger than my apartment,' Cisco remarked, looking around the place.

'What are you guys doing here?' Felicity asked, holding a laptop in her arms.

'You asked us to analyse the DNA off the arrow that killed Sara,' Caitlin replied. Felicity's brows furrowed.

'I was just going to mail you the sample,' she replied back to Caitlin, gesturing to said laptop in her arms.

'We had some vacation days coming -'

'We want to see the Arrow-Cave,' Cisco cut in suddenly. Felicity's brows furrowed further.

'We don't call it that. Ever.' She turned to walk out, but then Cisco called out.

'I want to see the toys!' He smiled at her. 'I need to see the toys. Do you guys have an Arrowmobile?'

At the Arrow hideout...

Roy, Felicity, Oliver and I were in various places in the hideout, myself sitting on a chair with my feet up on the desk, Felicity at her work desk, and Oliver and Roy leaning against some other benches. Cisco travelled the length of the room while Caitlin was next to Felicity. Cisco began to touch one of the arrowheads.

'Don't touch that,' Oliver scolded. He moved to another arrowhead, sitting on a rack. 'Or that.' He still wore a big smile as he investigated all of the weaponry. He was still looking at the arrows. 'It's a jettisoning arrow,' Oliver added. 'Uses compressed CO2 -'

'Compressed CO2 to jettison high-tensile strength polymer cables,' Cisco replied, cutting him off. He then moved over to my daggers, sitting neatly on another rack.

'Don't touch that either!' I called out.

'Since when did we start selling admission to the Arrow-Cave?' Roy asked.

'It's -' Oliver began to say, then sighed in resignation, turning his attention to Felicity. 'You see what you've done?' Cisco walked over to the glass cases that housed mine, Roy's, and Oliver's suits.

'Incredible. I have so many ideas for improvements,' he exclaimed excitedly.

'Jesus, he's like a little kid,' I said, facepalming myself. 'Will this never end?' Cisco caught sight of Roy's suit and came over to it.

'And this! Oh, oh, man! This - this is the bomb!' He turned to Roy. 'And I mean, red is so much cooler than green, am I right?'

'I'm starting to really like this guy,' Roy quipped.

'No, don't encourage him, Harper,' I scolded. Just then Caitlin spoke up.

'Hey, what's that for?' We all turned and looked at the salmon ladder in the back of the room. Felicity sighed.

'Distracting me from work.' Caitlin turned to face us.

'So where's Mr. Diggle?'

'He's running down a lead,' Roy replied.

A couple of hours later...

My cell phone vibrated and I picked it up.

'Dig,' I noted.

'We have a bit of a situation here,' Diggle said over the line. 'Our man's at ARGUS. Lyla's here. Evelyn, this guy? He's the real deal.' I clicked off the call.

'Our target is storming ARGUS,' I said to the crew. They all turned to look at me, including Oliver. 'Lyla is there.' I put the phone down and strolled over to my weapons cache, stashing some daggers in my suit, and Oliver and Roy suiting up as well.

'Mnhm, bad-ass,' Cisco said, still smiling from ear to ear. 'So cool!'

'It'll be over by the time they get there,' Caitlin said, but the three of us ignored her.

At the ARGUS facility...

The Arrow and I sped on the bike downtown, with the Flash following not too far behind us to help. The boomerang guy had killed a bunch of ARGUS agents and had his sights now focused on killing the last two agents in the room, which happened to be Diggle and Lyla. The boomerang killer had thrown a boomerang at them, but it was deflected at the last second, leaving the three of us, Roy, Oliver and I, to make a surprise entrance. The three of us engaged in a three-on-one fight with the man, and after a short fight, Roy and I were knocked down and two boomerangs flew towards Oliver, but at the last second, the red blur that was the Flash ran in front of Oliver, knocking away the boomerangs, making the killer stare in surprise at the intrusion. Then, suddenly, the killer threw a flash bang, disappearing suddenly. Oliver turned to Barry, and he sped off, leaving stacks of falling papers and coffee cups in his wake.

Diggle came towards us, with Lyla at his heels.

'Are you sure you're okay?' he asked her. She hardly responded to his question.

'What was that?' she asked, coming up to Roy, Oliver and I.

'Better question,' Oliver asked, 'who attacked you?'

'And don't tell them it was an internal ARGUS matter,' Diggle scolded Lyla. Again, she said nothing, but turned to us and began to talk.

'His name is Digger Harkness. Former ASIS. His specialty is weapons and technology before he went rogue. Started selling his services to the highest bidder. We caught him three years ago.'

'Well, looks like he escaped,' Roy replied.

'Not exactly,' Lyla spoke back to him. 'Harkness' skills made him an ideal recruit for Task Force X.' Diggle turned to her.

'You mean the Suicide Squad.' Oliver and I both met eyes with Diggle, confused by his response.

'They had an op in Tanzania. Assassination of a local warlord. But the warlord had bigger guns. The mission went south... and the team had to be sanitised.'

'You mean killed, Lyla,' Diggle snapped.

'Waller couldn't be reached,' she snapped back, turning to Diggle. 'It was my call. The microbomb in Harkness' neck must have malfunctioned.'

'We need to consider that every ARGUS facility is compromised,' I said, catching Diggle's and Lyla's attention. 'There's only one place we can keep you safe.'
