Chapter 10 | Our Feelings

"I'm sorry.. I didn't mean all those things. Forgive me." Baji said bowing his head down. "B-Baji-san.." I mumbled. I then hugged him tight. "Baji-san.." He then wrapped his arms around me and hugged me back. "I forgive you." I said smiling. "Now then.. Do you think we could.. You know, try again..?" He asked. "I-It's fine if you do want to!" He then said. I then pulled  away from the hug and smiled at him. "Ofcourse Baji-san!"

"How about we go on a date tomorrow? Does that sound good?" I asked. He just nodded.

I was playing with Chifuyu's hair which was really soft. I then heard light snores coming out of him. I kissedmhis forhead and wrapped my arms around him. "Goodnight."

Baji's POV

Me and Chifuyu are going on a date today, And I have everything planned. A few days ago I found these matching rings and I decided to buy them. I'm planning to give one to Chifuyu later.

Right now I'm eating breakfast. I told Chifuyu to stay so he could eat with me, but he said he had to go home to feed his cat.
Suddenly I heard a knock on the door. I thought that it was Chifuyu but it was Mikey instead.

"Uh Mikey, what are you doing here?" I asked him. "Nothing special. Just wanted to visit!" Mikey said while walking inside and taking his shoes off. "Typical Mikey.." I mumbled. "So any plans today?" Mikey asked. "Yeah, I'm going out with Chifuyu later." I told him. "Mmh, must be nice to be dating." Mikey said. "I mean, I understand why nobody wants to date you.." I said while smirking. "Oh you bastard!" Mikey yelled hitting me which made me laugh. "Ha? What are you laughing for?" He asked. "Nothing.." I said while holding my laugh in.

"Shouldn't you go and get ready for your date?" Mikey then asked. "Oh right." I told him. "You staying here or?" I then asked. "Nah I'm gonna go to Ken-chin now. Gonna check if he has something sweet." Mikey said while walking to the door. "Damn leave poor Draken alone." I said. "Never!" Mikey yelled while walking out the door.

After Mikey left I took a shower with some new shampoo. Chifuyu recommended it to me saying it would make my hair smoother and softer. I don't think I need it but I guess I can give it a try since Chifuyu said it's good.

I texted Chifuyu asking if he was ready so I could pick him up. He told me to wait for him at the entrance of the apartment saying he'd come in a few minutes.

After a while he arrived. "Sorry Baji-san for making you wait!" Chifuyu said while walking up to me. "It's nothing." I told him. "Wow, you're looking beautiful as always." I then said. "Thanks I guess.." he said while looking away. I then grabbed his hand and intertwined our fingers together. "Let's go now." I said while walking. "So where are we going first?" He asked. "Well, I've found this really nice cafe so we're going there first." I told him.

We sat down at one of the tables. Soon a woman came and asked us what we wanted to order. I ordered for me and Chifuyu two strawberry milkshakes and two shortcakes, since I knew Chifuyu liked those.

We soon got our drinks and cake. "Thanks for paying again Baji-san." Chifuyu smiled. "Yeah it's no problem." I smiled back. "Do you think Kisaki and Hanma would leave us alone now?" Chifuyu suddenly asked. "I mean, I think so. They haven't done anything in weeks so I'm guessing they gave up." I replied with. Chifuyu just hummed back.

"Wow that was the best cake I've ever had!" Chifuyu said. "Yeah it was." I replied. "So what are we doing now Baji-san?" Chifuyu excitedly asked. "Well my dear Chifuyu, we're gonna watch a horror movie." I answered, "A horror movie!?" Chifuyu yelled. "You know I don't like those!" He then said. "Awh, really? Sorry I forgot." I told him. Well the truth is I didn't. "Don't worry Chifuyu you can cling on me." I then said. Yup that's the only reason I chose for a horror movie.
"Well okay then." Chifuyu replied with.

The movie was pretty boring not even scary. At least for me. Chifuyu got scared easily and clung onto me the whole time. Totally worth it in my opinion.

"God that was scary!" Chifuyu said still clinging onto my arm. "Eh, it was fine I guess.." I replied. "Oh come on! How did you not get scared?" Chifuyu asked me. "I don't know." I replied with. "Well let's go now and have dinner." I told him while intertwining our fingers together.

I bought some Yakisoba from the store and we went back to the apartment parking lot since I had a nice spot in mind, but It's pretty far so I decided to go over there with my bike.

I gave a helmet to Chifuyu and I also took one. "Hold on tight okay?" I said. "Okay." Chifuyu said while wrapping his arms around me. I like going on my motorcycle with Chifuyu since that's when he holds me.

"Huh? A park." Was the first thing Chifuyu said when we arrived at the place. "Yup, but this park has a lot of those flowers you like." I said while grabbing Chifuyu's hand and going inside. "Woah! It's so pretty!" Chifuyu beamed. "I know!" I grinned. "Ooh! Look Baji-san let's sit there!" Chifuyu said while pointing to a small bench.

When we got to the bench. I took the Yakisoba out of the plastic bag. "We'll split it, right?" Chifuyu asked. "Yeah." I smiled. "Thanks for today Baji-san, It's been amazing." Chifuyu then said. "Of course, we should do this more." I replied. "Yeah, we should." He said.

When the Yakisoba got ready I grabbed the pair of chopsticks that came with it. "So who's eating first?" I asked. "Me! But Baji-san, how about you feed me?" Chifuyu asked. "Feed you?" I said. "Yup!" He replied while nodding. "Uh sure." I said while grabbing some noodles with the chopsticks. Chifuyu opened his mouth and I fed him.

"That was some good Yakisoba." Chifuyu said. "Yeah it really was. We should buy this flavor more." I said. I suddenly remembered the rings. "Hey Chifuyu?" I then said. "Huh yeah?" He replied with. "Well uhm.. I got you something." I told him while grabbing the ring box out of my jacket. "What is it?" He asked. I took out the box and opened it. "I've got us some matching rings.." I said. "Wow, They're so pretty.." he replied. "What for?" He then asked. "As promise that our feelings will stay the same till the end!" I said proudly. He then giggled. "Sure! But later you're going to propose to me okay!" He said. "Of course!" I replied.

We then decided to stargaze.

"Hey Baji-san?"

"Yeah?"

"I love you."

"I love you too.."

Chifuyu's POV

Me and Baji went on a date yesterday. And it was amazing! We had lots of fun and he even gave me this ring. It's so pretty I'm gonna wear it forever. I'm going out with Takemichi today since he wanted me to tell everything that had happened yesterday.

"Woahh, so romantic!" Takemichi said after I told him everything. "So that's where you got this ring from, it's really pretty!" He then said. "Yeah it is." I told him. We were walking outside while talking about some random things.

"How's things with you and Hinata-chan?" I asked Takemichi. "Well-.." Takemichi started until suddenly we heard a gunshot..

"W-What was that..?" I asked. "It came from there.." Takemichi said while pointing to some old building. We quietly walked over the building to see what it was and..

Suddenly I felt someone grab my arm.

"Well, well, look who we have here."

"I'm back, Takemichi."
