Chapter 14: Plans To Bring Him Home

Alice looked through Killian's old things, remembering when he was a kid and how he always needed her or cried for her

And she missed it

She missed comforting her baby boy

She basically ignored her stepson and husband

So that made Liam more withdrawn from her

Not to mention how she'd make sure he stayed in his room for safety reasons

Being in Killian's room brought back good memories for her

*FlashBack*

"Mother, when is father returning?" Killian who was only 11 asked, he missed Brennan A LOT, even though he knew he had a new stepfather

Alice looked at him, sadly. She knew the truth, Brennan was never returning. Brennan, now known as Davy Jones the most feared Pirates in all the lands was a deadbeat.

He ran off after knowing Alice was still in love with their old friend

He cheated on her and came back with his new wife and son that he had named after his dead son

That pissed Alice off

She hated Joanna A LOT, she always scowled when she saw her

And then Joanna got sick and died

And Brennan had run off again

And had romances with another woman

Except for one thing, he didn't return to them

It crushed Killian since he had always looked up to Brennan

It made Alice sick thinking about it

The thought of her son crying every night for his father that would never show up because he was a lying, cheating, dirty pirate.

It always brought pain to her when he'd ask if he was coming and she knew she had to put a stop to it right then and there

"Never my son, he left and he'll be dead before you turn 18, it doesn't even matter anyways," she said harshly

"But he came back once before"

"What makes you think he'll do it again?, he's a deadbeat, deal with it. He doesn't love us"

Killian looked shocked, but sighed and hugged her tight "I'm glad you love us" he said before running off to play

*Present*

Alice remembered how she used to be, firm and wouldn't let him go around misbehaving without a consequence but the last time she did he was pissed

*FlashBack*

Killian was in his room pissed off at his mother for hitting him over his refusal to marry Belle

Alice walked in to talk about it, but he was not happy

"Get out, I don't want to see you" he sounded a mix of hurt, annoyed, anger and betrayal

"My son-"

"NO!, bloody hell! I am a grown man mother!, I don't need you hitting me or being fixed. I don't love Belle!, she's awful. I don't wanna love her. Mother please-"

"I've had enough of this, you need to be more obedient and you won't do that, until you forget," Alice said

Guards walked in and grabbed Killian

"We'll fix you right up my boy, then you'll be happy"

She left the room while Killian screamed trying to fight back but failed

*Present*

Alice knew that nothing would be perfect until Killian was back and the dark one dead

Each passing day was a step closer to finding her son, and arresting Emma

And that was all because of one thing

One mistake that Emma made when she kidnapped her son

Emma cursed Belle

Emma cursed the guards

She left magic behind

So Alice could find someone and track Emma's magic

She could turn to someone and find her weakness

And then all would be well

"Avery!"

"Yes Ali?"

"It's time to use magic, and catch a Pirate, get everyone ready"

"Yes Ali"
