A few quick notes about this story:
1. It will introduce two old-yet-new characters into the "Safe Haven Saga". Both will be important, one (Veronika) significantly moreso than the other (Phineas).
2. It will establish where the Faithful and Saved stand in the Safe Havens' collective power struggle.
3. It will tie up a few loose ends involving the Saved's functions, Cthylla, etc.
4. And finally, the Prologue will be formatted in the style of an SCP interview.
That's all for this "Author's Note" because I'd prefer to let this story speak for itself.
The Saved are on the warpath, and the Faithful need a leader. Divine judgement meets primordial chaos in a clash of the cults.
