Alone. You walked aimlessly along the dark streets of Japan hungry and with nowhere to go. You were getting dizzier by the second as you kept losing more and more blood. You had a really strong big headache thanks to the huge scar on your eye.
Suddenly a faint scent of some seafood came to your direction. Realizing that you still had your dad's wallet which had everything from money up to everyone's passports and ID's, you decided to go buy some food using a small amount of that cash.
You continued following the scent and saw a small bistro in view. Just as you were about to take another step, you suddenly collapsed onto the floor a few feet away from the place.

You quickly woke and sat up awake able to only open one eye as the other one was covered by what seemed to be some sort of bandages. You got onto your feet and looked around the place you were at not having a single clue on what this place may be.
Suddenly an old man entered the room as soon as you wanted to touch the door handle. He started talking to you however you got confused as to why you couldn't really understand what he was saying. It quickly hit you and remembered that you were actually in Japan and that your whole family had just been murdered....
This made the old man realize the confusion on your face and started speaking to you in...English?
"I see you may have not really understood what I was saying. Apologies for that. I'm just glad that you're awake."
You quickly responded to him asking him "wait where am I? And who are you??"
"I'm the old man who just saved your bloody ass out there once I saw you collapsing right next to my bistro." He responded in an informal manner.
The way he spoke to you kinda shocked you however you didn't say anything about it actually liking the way he spoke to you in the attitude you yourself were used to talking in.
"I'm not really sure if I should be thanking you or concerned that you might just be trying to kidnap me to ask my parents (which I don't have-) for a big amount of money (which they also don't have) in return for a bitch like me." -y/n
Old man: "and if it was option two?"
Y/n: "will I be able to eat before you kill me?"
Old man: "ಠ_ಠ"

You were instructed by the old man to change into an old hoodie and sweatpants and come to the front after so that he could ask you some questions.
Doing so you walked up to the old man purposely taking big loud steps to grab his attention in hopes of not startling him.
*A/N: please tell me I'm not the only one who did this to not get screamed at by my parents 💀*
He looked at me and gestured me to sit down right next to him which you carelessly did.
He started by saying: "I see you're a lost foreigner with apparently no parents who got into a start fight considering the way you were badly injured and bloody when I found you collapsed on the floor?"
You just responded with an "mhm" not exactly knowing how to respond or what to say to him.
He sighed and asked "do you mind explaining the situation?"
You nodded and started off by telling him how this all happened in the same night you're both in right now. You then proceeded to tell him that it was a biker gang with a really big giant as their leader which you had no choice but to kill off along with some other gang members in order to save yourself.
He stared at you shocked and wide-eyed while mumbling a few things to himself in Japanese. You could tell he was shocked from his facial expressions and the way he spoke.
The old man knew how risky it was to let a 10 year old girl roam around the streets of an unrecognizable country alone with nowhere in mind to go. He started thinking for a moment until he finally opened his mouth to speak.
"Aight knowing your situation, I'll be a good person for once and will allow you to stay with me and in return help me by running this place. Does that sound like a good deal?"
You knew for a fact that you had no other choice to which you immediately answered with a
"So you're not gonna murder me?"
A/N: We're Finally gonna have someone enter next chapter so I'm pretty excited about that
