----------------°•.You sighed and watched the kids run around. It was getting later out and had been a few hours since the kids woke up from their nap. You chased the kids around the play place, playing hide and seek. You always wanting to be the seeker.
You told the kids you'd be back when you heard a fussy kid. You walked away from the other kids and spotted the crying girl. You rushed over and knelt down to her level.
"What's up hunny?"
"My momma is h-here to pick me up, b-but I can't f-find my stuffie!" She hiccuped. Her blue eyes stood out behind her blood shot eyes. Her brown hair was a little messy and her blue tank top and shorts were wrinkled. You put a gentle hand out to her,
"I'll help you find it sweetie." The girl wiped her tears and nodded up at you, grabbing your hand. Sun ended up helping you guys and you successfully find her zebra plushie.
"Now next time put your things in your cubby, alright?" Sun spoke up this time. The girl, which was named Katie, nodded at the two of you and waved goodbye. You looked around. Not many kids were left. Just staff members kids and some of the few party guests children.
"How was your first day?" Sun asked curiously. You looked up at him bouncing slightly,
"Well, it's not over yet! I work till 12:00 am." You giggled but then smiled gently.
"But so far it's been amazing. I've never felt so accepted, so happy. I mean, who wouldn't be? Look at how adorable these little ones are?" You spun towards the children with open arms as they giggled at you. Sun chuckled as well patting your head.
"I'm sure you'll have great fun tonight as well!" He smiled reassuring you. Well, more like reassuring himself. You didn't notice as you gathered up the kids and gave them some snacks. It was about 7:00 pm and it was getting dark out. Meaning it was almost time for Moon to come out. (Y/n) was overly excited. You ushered the kids to the Moon room and ran up to Sun. You tackled him in a hug and lied a gentle kiss to his forehead.
"Thank you for spending this amazing day with me and the kids. I had loads of fun!" You buried your face in his shoulder hiding your blush. Sun stood there holding you, a blush dusting his face.
"Of course (Y/n)," he said quietly. He put you down and you waved to him. He waved back smiling brightly as you ran to the Moon room. Sun held a hand up to his chest, the breath he never had releasing. He just hoped Moon at least tolerated her.----------------°•.
Once it became 7:30 pm Moon popped up after the lights turned out, Lui being the first to run up to him. You watched as the settle look on Moons face lightened at the sight of the boy. He picked him up gently and Lui giggled happily, clutching to the tall animatronic. You watched as Lui whispered something into Moons non existent ear as they both suddenly turned to you.
You bounced up and walked towards them.
"You're not spreading rumors about me already Lui, are you?" You asked pinching his cheeks lightly. He giggled and shook his head,
"No no (Y/nnn!)! I was just telling him about you!" His giggle became contagious as you began to laugh with him. You smiled up at Moon brightly.
"Hello! My name is (Y/n)! I'll be helping you and Sun around the daycare," you spoke. Moons eyes shifted away from you to look at Lui.
"Well, you know I'm Moon, so.." He nervously scratched the back of his head. You clasped your hands behind your back,
"So, what do we do first?"----------------°•.
Currently, the kids were taking a vote in the movies. Both you and Moon walked around, marking a tally for the movie each kid wanted. In the end, you'll watch the ones with the highest tallies. Moon had come up with this, he said it'd make it easier. But honestly, you thought it was slightly to get away from you. It was like, he wasn't comfortable around you. Which was okay, but you weren't sure why and it bothered you.
You and Moon gathered at the center of the Moon room to put the movies in order from the highest to the lowest tallies.
"Alright, we got,
1. Croods
2. Encanto
3. Cars
4. Spirited Away." You figured 4 would be enough. Moon nodded paying his attention to the movies, beginning to stack the unwanted ones. You wanted to speak up, but you wouldn't know what to say. Your smile fell a bit. Moon glanced at you and scowled, a blush on his cheeks.
"What's wrong?" He asked keeping his eyes away from yours, but still faced you. You looked up at him and piped up.
"No worries, I'm alright!" You quietly exclaimed smiling brightly. He simply nodded and walked towards Lui. You didn't notice the red hue on his face.
