     You entered the pizzeria and took in a deep breath. You didn't have work today, but you missed your animatronic friends dearly. You hadn't been scheduled as much recently and it made you feel lonelier as time went on.
     Swerving passed the children, you finally made it to one of the booths a bit a ways away from the stage.
     "(Y/n)?" You looked behind you to spot Vanessa, your favorite security guard.
     "Nessie!" You eagerly got out of the booth and tackled the blonde. She giggled and stumbled back a bit before regaining her balance.
     "What are you doing here? You're not in uniform and I haven't seen you in awhile. You quit or something?" You pulled away and shook your head aggressively.
     "I would never! You know the gang and you are my life. I wouldn't give that up even if I was on my death bed." Vanessa smiled and ruffled your hair lovingly.
     "Hah, I know. Who else is going to take care of you?" You puffed out your cheeks, a light blush dusting your cheeks as you crossed your arms. Vanessa laughed whole heartedly and put her arm around your shoulder.
     "I'm only joking (N/n), maybe." You let your features soften as you looked at Nessie. She had felt like an older sister ever since she'd shown you the ropes here. She definitely didn't favor you at first.

     You ended up abandoning the booth as fast as you had gotten there. Vanessa walked side by side with you as the two of you headed towards Rockstar Row. It was getting to be later so the animatronics were kept in their rooms, showing off to the kids as they cheered.
     "We should be closing soon. Luckily I've got the night shift so I'll check in on y'all every once in a while." You nodded towards her and checked your phone after pulling it out of your back pocket.

💀BAWSE💀: You down to work tomorrow? We've got either a day or night shift open.

✨💅(Y/n)💅✨: Oh now you need me...

💀BAWSE💀: Alright see you tomorrow, whenever you come in.

     You chuckled, making Vanessa curious.
     "What is it?" You turned the phone towards her. She rolled her eyes and smirked,
     "No mercy." You both laughed and took a seat on one of the spinny stools near the animatronics.
     "So what have you been doing besides slacking?" You glared at the girl and put your phone away.
     "Moping mostly.. Not being able to work is-- stressful," you explained running a hand through your hair. Vanessa nods,
     "The boys haven't been taking it well either haha." You blushed lightly and looked up at her.
     "What do you mean?"
     "I'm pretty sure if you were moping, they were moping more," Vanessa replied taking off her work cap and fanning herself with it. You only giggled and nodded,
     "It definitely sounds like them."

     You jumped a bit as the speakers blared, warning children and parents the pizzeria would be closing soon. You stood up and held your arm out towards Vanessa.
     "Let's go check on Sun before we hang out with the others." She stood up and grabbed your arm I'm hers, and off you were.
     The neon lights always bothered your eyes for a bit, but tonight, you smiled at them. This place felt homier than homes. Your mind flashed to your friends and your smile grew.
     Chica always managed to get you to let her doll you up. You got annoyed sometimes, but you missed it too much to complain now.
     Roxy and you were definitely competitive, especially when it came to the track. Most of the time it ended in a tie, but when not, you both were very braggy. But that's what you loved about your friendship.
     Freddy always made sure you were well fed and hydrated, and mentally prepared for the day/night. You loved the nicknames he gave you. Dear, (N/n), little bear. You would do anything to keep it that way.
     Monty, was, interesting. He would get annoyed everytime you asked a question. Or got flustered if you asked him a question personally. He'd scoff and brush it off and even ignore you at times. Sometimes it bothered you, but he showed his gratitude other ways. Like when he ruffles your hair, or flicks your forehead. He must like you just a little.
     Sun always managed to make your day. Playing puppets and entertaining the kids together when you had time always made you happy. Telling stories, pretending to be a shark in the ball pit, it's all part of the fun here. Sun was the best partner in crime for those things.
     You couldn't tell if Moon enjoyed your company or was irritated by it. Though he wasn't as-- ruuude?-- as Monty, but he often chose not to speak unless he felt comfortable. You'd bond through other things like book types and music, and you were 'a-ok' with that.
     "We're heeere!" Vanessa sang, pulling you out of your trance.
     "Finally!" You grabbed her hand and ran into the daycare. You missed the beaming Sun and his other sleepy personality. You glanced around eagerly, looking for the tall animatronic.
     "Slow your role, he's not going to disappear, and we have plenty of tiI-" Vanessa was cut off when you took off after spotting Sun. You released Vanessa so she could take a breather and sprinted towards him.
     "Sun!!" He looked in your direction, a huge smile appearing on his face.
    "(Y/n)!" He opened his arms before you flew into them.
     "Haha! Missed ya too sunshine!" His overjoyed tone filled you with ✨determination✨ as you hugged him tightly.
     "It was dreadful being away from you all for so long!" You exclaimed, letting go of Sun.
     "It has been as equally dreadful without you here. A lot of messes and repairs," he rubs the back of his neck nervously. You shook your head and sighed. No one knew how to do their job unless the boss showed up to work.
     "(Y/n)!" You turned around to see Vanessa out of breath, hands on her knees. You giggled as Sun and you walked towards her.
     "Dont-- run off-- like that-- again.." She wheezed. Sun couldn't help but laugh loudly at the sounds her wheezing made. You soon joined in, his laugh behind contagious. Vanessa just glared at the two of you while crossing her arms.
     "Ha-ha very funny, come on (Y/n), we can come back to the daycare once we get the others." You skipped to her side,
     "Oki!" You waved to Sun as you walked out. Off you went, all the way back to Rockstar Row. You groaned loudly and flopped onto the floor. Vanessa stopped and turned around, sighing.
     "What now (Y/n)?" You groaned some more and lied down on your back, spreading your arms beside you. Now it was Vanessa's turn to groan. She walked over to you and stood you up.
     "The carrier awaits, Princess." She knelt down, offering a piggy back ride. You rolled your eyes at the comment and climbed on.
