Me, Liam, and Niall all decided to go present shopping for Louis. His birthday is in like 3 days. I have absolutely no clue on what to get him but I do have a card. I'm by myself, in the mall because Liam and Niall went to go shopping for themselves I guess. I don't know but I'm in Hot Topic because Louis has mentioned this store multiple times so I thought I might find something for him in here. Thankfully I put a beanie on before we left and I just tucked my tail into my pants. It looks a little weird but what's weirder? Having a tail or a big butt? Exactly.

"Do you need any help with fining something?" One of the workers asks me. His name tag reads "Ashton" and he's really cute. Ok just to clear this up, i have come to terms and accepted that I am gay. Moving on.

"Yea actually. My friend, his birthday is in a couple days and he adores this store so much so I'd thought I'd get him something from here but, honestly, I have no clue on what to get him." I sighed after I finished. Ashton just smiled and signaled for me to follow him.

"Ok so we have all the band t's and tanks that you can think of. We also have tons of accessories from earrings and necklaces to belts and phone cases. Do you know anything that your friend is in to?" He asked, and as he was explaining he pointed to each section of the store, obviously where every item was located.

"He loves tattoos. And hair dye. Oh, and rings. And all of these bands. Also, eyeliner but he calls it "guyliner." And he absolutely loves 21 Pilots. That's his favorite band. He told me his cousin or someone toured with them and how he hated that it wasn't him. Oh, he also likes The Neighborhood. And Anorbor. He's the one who showed me all these bands." I was just rambling on and Ashton just listened, smiling huge.

"You know we do have those bands on t's and tanks and since it's cold outside, their buy two get one free, so you can get one of each band. And we have eyeliner half off just this week too, so c'mon I'll show where everything's at." He said when I finished and I smiled gratefully at him. Finally I found some things for Lou.

"Ok I think I have enough now, Ashton." I said, laughing. I had 6 shirts and a couple eyeliners and a bottle of lilac hair dye. Me and Ashton had been shopping for Louis for 30 minutes and we get on pretty well.

"Ok ok c'mon I'll ring you up at the register." He laughed back and led the way to the check out. I set the small mountain on the counter and pulled out the $100 that Liam gave me. I don't know why he gave me that much but I'm grateful.

"Ok that'll be $68.97. You lucked out with the two free shirts or else it would've been $120." He said, taking the 100 dollar bill and making change. I laughed and smiled.

"Harry, before you go, can I-uh, can I maybe get your number? To like hang out when I'm not at work? It's nothing personal or weird you're just super cool and we got on really well-" I stopped him there by laughing and nodding.

"Yea Ash, Lemme see your phone and I'll put my number in." He handed me his phone and I added me as a contact.

"There you go. I'll talk to you later yea?" He nodded and I grabbed my bag and walked out.

As soon as we walked in to the apartment Louis yelled.

"WHERE HAVE YOU GUYS BEEN O MY GOD HARRY I WAS SCARED AS FUCK!!" He ran through the house to the front door, wrapping me in a hug.

Laughing I said, "Getting you this. Here babe, early birthday present." It was already in its bag I had got at Hallmark and had the card signed too.

"Aw, baby, thank you so much." He gave me another hug and pulled me to sit with him on the couch. Liam and Niall had already darted to their room I'm guessing.

"No problem. Hope you like it." Me and Louis where like a couple, he just hadn't asked me out or anything yet. But, honestly, I felt like it would be soon.

He started pulling the tissue paper out and putting it on his lap. I smiled at him, his face bright and happy. It could make anyone happy in an instant, I swear it. Once he got to the gifts, he pulled the hair dye out first.

"Oh my god. Lilac? Why lilac? I love it but why?" He looked at me, puzzled.

"I think if you just do the tips of your hair now, it'll look great." He had all black that he gelled up. I loved it, it was hot as hell.

"Ok baby, I'll do it tomorrow, maybe later if you help me." He smiled, still looking at me.

"You have more presents Tomlinson, hurry up." I joked around and he laughed, looking back at the bag.

"Eyeliner!! Thank you so much!" He leaned over and kissed me on the cheek. I grinned even bigger as a tingling was left where his lips where. "You should let me put some on you sometime. It would look beautiful." He grinned and looked back down in his bag, pulling out the shirts.

"Baby-baby, you remember these bands? I told you these when we, like, first met. Oh my god you're great." He kissed me multiple times all over my face and basically tackled me on the couch.

"Yea I did. Why wouldn't I have?" I tugged the beanie off my head. I had already pulled my tail out when I got in the car. That was the most uncomfortable thing in the world.

"I don't know. It was just a really long time ago." He mumbled against my neck, his arms wrapped around my torso. I nuzzled my cheek against his, closing my eyes and laying there.

It had been a while before he spoke again. "Baby, do wanna go on a date with me? Like a real date somewhere nice? Cause I really wanna take you on one." He whispered, his face still tucked into my neck.

"You know, Louis, I think I'd love that. I'd love that a lot." I whispered back, hearing him sigh in content.
