"What is this?!" Miles growled as he threw a tabloid magazine in front of me.
"I don't know you tell me." I said getting defensive.
Then I looked at the article, immediately his anger made sense.
On the front cover was the image of Shane and I in the mud when he almost kissed me and next to it is a picture of Miles throwing mud at Shane's face. The title of the article is "Two Boys Literally Fighting Over One Girl?" Oh this is so not good, we wanted good press for the tour, this is nothing but trouble.
"Ok I see the issue here, but why are you so pissed?"
"This makes me look bad! It makes it look like I hate Shane because of you."
"It's just an unfortunate twist of the truth..."
"You haven't seen the worst of it yet, check your social media."
I did as I was told and my jaw dropped at what I saw. The fans despise me. They are threatening me to back off of Shane and to stop tearing the band apart...
"This is not good at all."
"Yeah well they are all flipping out over that little kiss you two pulled." He said with jealousy seeping through his tone.
"Miles I-Don't-Know-Your-Middle-Name Grey, is that jealousy I am sensing??" I said with a smirk.
"No, of course not!" He said a little too defensively.
"Riighhtt... anyway, you shouldn't be mad at me, you know exactly what came next, I didn't kiss him and I would never want to in a million years."
"Sure I know what came next, but the fans don't."
"Or do they..." I said in a creepy voice.
"Uh no they don't, welcome back to Earth!"
"Oh but honey, they will." I said with a creepy smirk.
"Ok I'm lost."
"Oh just come with me." I said grabbing his hand.
"And where are we going exactly?"
"To Asher's room, duh. Just trust me okay?"

"Hey there handsome." I said with an innocent smile to Asher. And yes I was well aware of the anger seeping from Miles as I said handsome. I found it funny.
"What do you want?" He bluntly replied turning to me.
"Ok so I'm guessing you've seen this?" I said in a questioning tone as I placed the tabloid in front of him.
"Yeah and I think it's super funny." He said with a full blown laugh.
"No it isn't." Miles snapped and effectively shut up Asher.
"Ok dude, chill." Asher said holding his hands up in defense.
"Alright calm down. What the paparazzi don't know is that I silently signaled you to record what was about to go down and you can faintly see you holding up your phone in the background of their photo." I said with a smirk.
"Yeah so? What does that have to do with anything?"
"Wow you popstars are dumber than I give you credit for." I dully replied. "Can you just email me what you recorded please?"
"Yeah ok sure." He responded. And then it finally clicked in for the morons at the same time as they both began a chorus of "Ohhh."
"Yeahhh," I mimicked. "They can try to twist it with pictures, but we have video proof of what really happened." I said with an evil smile.
I then went back to my room and went on social media. I ignored the hurtful comments and sent out a tweet saying "Dear you lovely girls who happen to have the vocabulary of an angry sailor, I am going to do a livestream in 30 minutes so whether or not you like me, you're going to want to see this." Of course that got a boatload of negative comments, but it also got many retweets. Good, spread the word.
I looked up to find a concerned Miles. "If you're here to yell at me again, you can leave." I snapped still a little pissed about his stunt this morning.
"Uhm about that, I'm sorry, I don' know what got into me." How about jealousy due to the picture of Shane and me?
"Ok well thanks for apologizing." I decided to say instead.
"Look, I don't know that this is a great idea, people can be pretty harsh."
"Yeah I kinda figured that out when I checked Twitter, thanks." I said very sarcastically. "But I'm not going to let them continue gossiping, I'm going to give them the truth."
"Will you at least let me be there with you so they won't hate you as much?"
"As sweet as that is, no. This is something I need to handle. I need to be the one to clear the air, just me."
"Ok, but if you change your mind, I'll be in the living room."

"Hey guys! So I know many of you hate me right now based off of a stupid misinterpretation caused by a stupid tabloid, but in all honesty, I did nothing wrong. In fact, I am doing this livestream to clear the air. Not that I need to defend myself to a bunch of teenage girls, but because you have the right to know the truth. It's not fair that you hear everything second hand from the media, so I'm giving it to you first hand. Asher, have any of you heard of him? Probably not, he's lame." I said with a smirk into the camera.
"Hey, this bus is big, but I can still hear you!!" Asher yelled through the wall to which I chuckled.
"Anyway, our good friend Asher happened to be recording the whole thing on his phone. So if you want to know the truth about what happened, I am posting the video on YouTube. I apologize about the video quality, Asher's phone sucks about as much as he does (again that earned a loud complaint from Asher). I will post the link on Twitter after this video. But before I go, I just have one important thing to say, so please listen close. It's not easy to be famous and have the paparazzi constantly following you around and twisting the truth so please don't be so quick to assume that what you read in the tabloids and online is true, because it most likely isn't. But most importantly, don't be so quick to hate someone and cyber bully them based on these, often wrong, articles. Please. That's all I ask. Ok well uhm thanks for listening I guess. I'll go post the link now."
With that I signed off after posting the link on my Twitter, that was the most retweeted tweet of my Twitter career. That livestream and link seemed to effectively shut up the bratty little preteens, including Miles.
