It's been a total of 9 months since the discovery of his father being a villain. Mugen has trained vigorously, yet has shown little improvement so far. He would run around the continent, jumping rivers with his incredible speed, and going faster than the eye can see. He would constantly run, his stamina getting greater by the mile. He would run longer and longer every day. Eventually getting to the point of being able to run for days straight. And it only got better from then. But now... We stage at U.A. High's entrance exams.

"That written exam was annoying, wasn't it Tenya?" Mugen asked his brother, who lifted his glasses.
"It was definitely hard, yes. As expected of U.A. High." Tenya stayed, putting his glasses into place and nodding.
They walked to the auditorium and sat down waiting, after Present Mic, a Pro Hero briefed the situation, Tenya raised his hand, and after being called on, he had asked his question.
"Sir, you have listed three kinds of faux villains. But the paper that was passed out explicitly shows four. If this a mistake on U.A. Material, I am ashamed. -Also! You with the unkempt hair, cease your mumbling. If you can't take this exam seriously you should pa-"
"Tenya. Enough. I apologize about my brother. He is very serious about U.A. and only wishes to have the best experience. But I am also curious of the mysterious four pointer." Mugen had interrupted his brother, keeping him from going overboard.
"Uh... Apology accepted? As for that one, it doesn't even give any points, so just ignore it. It's just there to be an obstacle. Now, if your ready to get into the combat portion. Go outside and go to your respective chaperone, with your battle center number on it. Then follow them." Present Mic explained, and went outside to his spot. Everybody got packed and went outside to their chaperones.
Tenya had gone with the kid with unruly hair, and the others with Present Mic. Mugen had gone with Cementoss and the other examinees with him. After getting to the battle center, when the doors cracked open, everybody got ready. Cementoss's voice rang out
"The exam has begun. May the odds be forever in your favor." He had said through the microphone, however, despite everybody's rush to the doors, Mugen simply sat down. Catching the sights of a couple people.

"Check out that kid. He's sitting down. Why isn't he going?" A staff member asked, a hum came from Nezu, the principle of U.A.
"Ah. Mugen Hancock-Iida. Also known as Y/n. Quirk: Speedforce. His quirk lets him run faster than anything we've seen before. Even faster than All Might, I could say." Nezu stated, reading Mugen's card.
Minutes went by, but Mugen didn't move a single inch, all he did was sit, and sit, until the timer for the end started. He got up, and stretched. He charged up, electricity cracking off of him like whips. It jumped wildly, like a plasma ball, but if it was covered in a 360° area. With a deep inhale. . .
"5..." The first number to the end begun. Time slowed down, everything stopped moving, at least that's what seemed to be the case. Mugen ran finally, knocking down remaining robots, stealing points, rescuing people that would be injured, and finally dealing with the 0-Pointer."4..." He ran around and around the thing, slowly making his way onto a building and jumping onto it. He ran up the side of it, and began throwing thousands of punches into the thing, his knuckles bleeding over time. He then ran around, looking for a couple tools. He ran and ran for the tools, getting them eventually, and using them to dismantle the robot piece by piece."3..." He set every piece down safely and away from others. He then put the last of his energy to gather everybody at the front and get them away from danger in general. "2..."
√Crackle√
Mugen stood in front of everybody, his hands on his waist, and sweating from doing that all in one go under 5 seconds. "1... Time's up!" One final clap of thunder from Mugen as he drew a lightning bolt into the floor with sheer power of his speed. After that, everybody in that center looked at Mugen, they looked in awe, as they heard the crashes of every piece of the zero pointer fall. They looked back to see the pieces falling. They were in awe. And he took it like a morning run. "What?!" The collective voices shouted.
"I may have gone a bit overboard.." Mugen stated mumbled to himself.

1 Week Has Passed.
"One week has passed since the entrance exam. There should be a package anyday now." Mugen, sitting by the door was tapping his foot on the ground at a supersonic speed, creating a sound that could only be described as a mini-gun firing off hundreds of rounds in a second repeatedly.
He eagerly waited for the sound of the doorbell to go off, to which was responded by Mugen opening the door, signing the paper from the mailman and bringing the mail in, at about a second entirely.
"U.A....U.A....U....A!" Mugen opened his package from U.A. and Tenya grabbed his, and doing the same.
A disk fell from the packaging and landed on the table, popping up with a hologram.
"Ahem. This one is kind of awkward. Hey, Little Y/n. A while ago when you came to my place and I comforted you about your heritage, I did keep certain things hidden from you, but with good reason. You didn't need to know the moments I shared with your father. He truly is a despicable fellow. So, I can only say a couple things here. You've been accepted, so when you start running to being a hero, when you become faster and faster than anybody else alive, I want you to come look for me, and tell me what your next goal is. Would you choose to find your dad? Would you choose to simply retire and make family? The simple life does seem nicer as you grow older I hear. But anyway, what matters is that you grow better and better, along with Tenya, I want you to watch over him like a hawk, he tends to get worked up over small things, please keep him out of trouble. With that, Ingenium out."
The hologram froze on Ingenium beginning to walk away. Mugen looked at the hologram in shock. He regained himself and smiled, he took his hologram and put it into the envelope. Within the envelope was also a letter. An offer of recognition.
*Dear Mugen.
My name is Bartholomew, I'm interested in helping with your training to become a hero. I was watching your entrance exam footage that their staff sent me. I'm genuinely impressed by your speed, and I can only imagine the heights you could reach, all you need is help with How to use your speed. Please, if you think that your ready to train with me or even if your just curious who I am. Meet me in Central City, you'll know when you see a streak of red.
Sincerely,
The Red Blur.*"Central City? Hey, Tenya, do you know where Central City is? It doesn't sound like a Japanese place, so maybe it's in the Americas? Or the UK?"
"No, I don't know where that's at, so likely so. I haven't heard of a Central City before." Tenya said, as he thought of anything.
Mugen hummed and thought, before getting his laptop, and starting to look for anything with relevance. While Tenya looked at his hologram, which is was their brother again for Tenya.
-A Couple days go by, and Mugen has been on the web looking for anything relevant to the Red Blur, and Central City, which he had learned Central City was a city in the Americas, somewhere around Missouri particularly. The Red Blur, is an alias for The Flash, who is presumably Bartholomew.-
Mugen is currently walking to a plane, followed by multiple people on suits that are bodyguards.
"Ah, Hello Y/n not often I'm given the opportunity to fly you of all people. Just sit down there and we'll be in the air shortly after a few pre flight tests"
