"Mom! Dad! Wanna have a tea party?" Clementine asked as she sat under her treehouse with plastic tea cups and a stuffed animal next to her. "I wish I could sweetheart but we need to get packing since we're visiting auntie Carol." Her mother said. "Oh that's right...sorry I forgot.." she said as she looked down a bit. "It's okay Clem, be nice to your babysitter while we're gone, okay?" She said. Clementine smiled brightly again "I will!" She said "Good." She said as she entered into the house to finish packing. "Here Clementine, you can borrow my hat." Clementine's father said as he handed her his favorite hat "Thanks Dad!" She said "You better give it back to me when we get back." He said. "I will dad." She promised.
~A Couple of Days later~
Voice Message #1: "Hi Clementine we're gonna be coming back home a bit later since a man went unconcious in the street, but we'll be back though!"
Voice Message #2: "CLEMENTINE SWEETIE, IF YOU CAN HEAR THIS CALL 9-1-1 I LOVE YOU SWEETHEART!
I LOVE-"
That was the last time I ever heard from my mother and my father
I saw them though
But...They were thoseTHINGS...THOSE WALKERS....
I wanted things to go back to where they were...but...
That was NEVER going to happen...
